Industrial Electric Semi Automatic Frying Machine Banana Chips High Efficiency Deep Fryer for Large Scale Banana Chip Production

The machine has a nominal capacity of 100–150 kg (typical batch capacity). Actual throughput depends on your banana slice thickness, frying time, and production cycle settings—contact the supplier for a tailored throughput estimate based on your recipe.

Rated power is 46 kW and it requires a 380V/50Hz electrical supply (three-phase). A certified electrician should confirm site electrical capacity before installation.

Semi-automatic means key frying functions (heating, temperature control, and timers) are automated, while some tasks—such as loading/unloading product, cleaning, or minor adjustments—are performed manually.

The fryer supports 0–300°C temperature range with electric heating and an integrated temperature control system (thermostat/controller) for accurate and repeatable frying profiles.

The machine is constructed from SUS304 stainless steel, which is food-grade, corrosion-resistant, and suitable for hygienic food processing environments.

A mixing/agitation system is optional. When fitted, it provides even product circulation during frying to ensure uniform color and texture. Specify the mixing option when ordering.

Common frying oils such as vegetable oil, palm oil, sunflower oil, and coconut oil are suitable. Choose oil type based on your product requirements and smoke point for the frying temperature used.

Designed for industrial use with SUS304 construction, the fryer includes accessible surfaces, drain valves and removable parts (where applicable) to simplify cleaning. Daily cleaning of oil-contact surfaces and periodic deep cleaning are recommended.

Typical safety features include temperature limiters/overheat protection, insulation on hot surfaces, emergency stop, and electrical protections. Confirm exact safety components with your supplier or in the machine manual.

Overall dimensions are 1660 × 1420 × 1270 mm (L × W × H). Allow extra clearance around the machine for operation, maintenance and ventilation when planning layout.

Net weight is approximately 660 kg. Use appropriate lifting equipment and a suitable pallet or fork truck for delivery and installation. Ensure floor loading capacity is sufficient.

Maximum electrical power draw is 46 kW; energy consumption depends on operating schedule and load. At continuous full-power operation it would draw roughly 46 kWh per hour. Actual energy use is lower during steady-state frying.

Most suppliers provide spare parts, technical support and operator training—either on-site or remote. Confirm service contracts, lead times for parts, and training options when placing your order.

Certifications and warranty terms vary by manufacturer and market. Ask the supplier for available certifications (CE, ISO, etc.) and the specific warranty period and coverage details.

Common remedies: verify correct oil level and quality, check mixing/agitation (if installed) and adjust speed, confirm the temperature controller calibration, inspect heating elements and electrical connections, and ensure even loading of banana slices.
