8/12L Counter Top Automatic Lift-up Electric Fryer With Digital Control for Fried Chicken

This model is available in 8L and 12L versions (named 8/12L). The specifications list an 8L machinery capacity; please confirm with the seller which capacity you are ordering if both options are offered.

The fryer operates on electric power with a rating of 3000 W and a 230 V supply. A properly grounded, dedicated circuit is recommended to handle the load.

Dimensions are listed as 265 × 565 × 300/415 mm (height may vary by capacity/model). Net weight is approximately 12 kg and gross (packaged) weight about 16 kg.

The unit is constructed from stainless steel 304, which is corrosion resistant and suitable for commercial kitchen use.

The automatic lift-up mechanism raises the frying basket out of the oil at the end of the set time or when engaged, making it easier to drain oil, reduce overcooking, and improve safety for busy kitchens.

The digital control allows precise temperature setting and control with up to 10 programmable channels/presets for repeatable frying results. Temperature range is 50–200°C.

Preheat time depends on oil volume and target temperature; typical preheat ranges from about 5 to 15 minutes. Larger oil volumes and higher target temperatures take longer.

While optimized for fried chicken, the fryer is suitable for frying a wide range of foods including fries, nuggets, fish, and other battered or breaded items—ideal for restaurants, food trucks, cafes, and home use.

Always unplug and allow the oil and unit to cool before cleaning. Use a drain or strain the oil, remove baskets, and wipe internal surfaces with warm soapy water (non-abrasive). Periodically filter or replace oil and check seals and heating elements for build-up. For detailed maintenance or disassembly instructions, follow the user manual or contact the supplier.

Because the fryer draws 3000 W at 230 V, use a properly rated, grounded outlet and a dedicated circuit to prevent tripping breakers. For commercial installations, consult a qualified electrician to ensure compliance with local electrical codes.

Use on a stable, heat-resistant countertop in a well-ventilated area. Do not overfill with oil; keep water away from hot oil; use oven mitts when handling hot baskets; never leave the fryer unattended while in use; and unplug before cleaning. Follow local fire safety guidelines and have appropriate extinguishing agents available (do not use water on oil fires).

The specification lists 10 channels, which typically correspond to programmable presets for commonly used temperatures/times. Check the user manual for how to program and recall presets.

Yes — the unit's compact countertop design makes it suitable for home kitchens, but ensure your home circuit can safely supply 3000 W at 230 V, and follow all safety and ventilation recommendations.

Standard inclusions typically are the fryer unit and one or more baskets, but accessories and spare parts vary by supplier. Confirm the exact package contents, available accessories, and spare parts with the vendor before purchase.

Warranty terms, certifications (CE, UL, etc.), and after-sales support vary by manufacturer and seller. Contact the supplier or check the product listing for warranty period, certified safety marks, and details on spare parts and technical support.
