At Afrimart, we strive to process all orders promptly. Once the 60% deposit has been successfully cleared into our account, your order will be processed within 2 to 5 business days. Please note that this processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.

Following the processing of your order, the estimated delivery lead time ranges between 35 to 60 days. However, please be aware that this timeframe is subject to variations due to potential delays in shipping and customs clearance. While we aim to adhere to the original delivery schedule, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally extend the delivery window beyond the anticipated 35 to 60 days.

In the event of high demand or other factors leading to longer shipping times for certain items, we will communicate any expected delays during the initial order confirmation. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to ensure your order arrives as swiftly as possible.

Air Cargo Timeframes:

Once full payment for your order has been received and cleared in Afrimart’s account, we will process your order within 2 to 5 business days. This processing time ensures that all necessary preparations are completed before your order begins its air shipping journey.

The estimated delivery lead time for air cargo shipments is approximately 10 to 15 days from the date of the initial payment. However, please be aware that this timeframe is an estimate and may be subject to change due to various factors, including demand, shipping logistics, and customs procedures.

In instances where high demand may lead to extended air cargo times for certain items, we will inform you of any potential delays during the initial order confirmation. Manufacturing Time:

Returns and Exchanges:

At Afrimart, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Since Afrimart is a Pre-sale platform, all our products are unique customized for customers, so returns are not allowed under normal circumstances. The only exception to this return or exchange policy is if the product received is damaged or defective by someone other than the buyer. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must report the problem to Afrimart within 3 working days of receiving the shipment. Timely reporting will ensure that your case is processed promptly for a refund or exchange. Items eligible for return or exchange must be unused and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that the cost of returning or exchanging products through local couriers will be borne by the buyer and we appreciate your attention to these guidelines, which help us provide the best service possible.

Storage Fees:

Upon arrival of your order at our Midrand warehouse, we kindly request that you collect your items within 7 days. Failure to do so will result in the accrual of daily storage fees, which will be applied to your account. Please note that full payment of these storage fees is required prior to the release of your order. Should your order remain uncollected for a period exceeding 30 days, Afrimart reserves the right to dispose of the order at our discretion. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter to avoid any additional charges and ensure the smooth handling of your order.

Local Delivery Information:

Please note that the total sales order amount does not include local delivery charges within South Africa. Local delivery costs will be billed separately upon the arrival of your order at our warehouse. This additional charge is determined based on the accurate product dimensions and current third-party courier pricing. To proceed with dispatching your order, all outstanding balances including the courier quotation, must be settled in full and cleared in Afrimart’s account. Payments made after 4:00 PM on Fridays or during weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Orders will then be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days following payment clearance.
