Simple Operation 28L 1-Tank 2-Basket Electric Chicken Fryer with Knob Control

28L refers to the fryer tank capacity (28 liters), which is the volume of oil the tank holds.

The unit has a single oil tank with two separate frying baskets so you can cook two items or batches at the same time in the same tank.

Power is 18,000 W (18 kW) and the fryer is specified for a 380V supply. A qualified electrician should confirm whether your site uses 380V (often three-phase) and install the correct wiring and breaker.

It can be used at home only if you have a suitable 380V electrical supply and proper ventilation. Many residential homes do not have 380V service, so check with an electrician before purchase.

The temperature range is 0 to 190°C, adjustable with the knob control for precise frying temperatures.

The fryer body is made from stainless steel 430, chosen for durability and ease of cleaning.

The exact number depends on piece size and stacking. The tank is 28L and has two baskets to increase throughput, but for safe and even frying avoid overcrowding. For a precise count, test with your portion sizes.

Allow oil to cool, filter or drain oil, remove baskets and wash with warm soapy water, wipe the tank with a mild detergent and soft cloth, and regularly filter or replace oil. Follow local regulations for oil disposal and consult the seller for recommended maintenance schedules.

The product description highlights knob temperature control and high accuracy but does not list specific safety features. Contact the seller for details on thermostats, thermal cutouts, and certifications.

Yes — due to the high power (18 kW) and 380V requirement, professional electrical installation and proper ventilation are recommended for safety and compliance.

Designed for fried chicken, it is also suitable for fries, fish, battered foods, and other deep-fried items commonly prepared in commercial kitchens.

At full power the unit draws high power (18 kW). Actual energy use depends on temperature, load and duty cycle. Expect significant electrical demand compared with small domestic fryers.
