This machine three-axis horizontal CNC deep space machining machine tool is suitable fo r processing small precision parts, mold, hot runner and top pin hole, versatility.
Product features:1、Z axis using Taiwan PMI or HIWIN precision linear guide, precision and durable, stable and reliable.2、Z axis is equipped with Taiwan PMI or HIWIN precision ball screw rod, in order to strengthen the cutting amount and speed wire rod with a diameter of 32 mm, almost equal to the materials of large deep hole drilling machine.3、The Z axis is used in the AC servo motor of Japan to ensure the machining effect is bright and the precision of the machining aperture is promoted.4、the main axis of the Taiwan motor with NT-40 sleeve, for small and medium workpiece processing.5、double intelligent support frame, improve the processing speed and stability.6、machining diameter from 3mm to 16mm (matching up to 20mm), suitable for small parts processing, such as: the thimble hole, mold processing, hot runner, automobile crankshaft connecting rod, hydraulic parts, precision metal parts.7、the workpiece can be moved before and after the 350mm, easy to touch the number and operation, user-friendly design, leading peer.8、drilling cutting speed, processing per minute 200mm.
