This heavy-duty trench box shoring system is engineered for safe excavation support in construction, utility installation, and pipeline work. The base panel measures 3000mm (L) × 2500mm (H) × 100mm (T) and is constructed from Q355 structural steel with a spray-painted surface finish for corrosion resistance. It includes a 10mm top reinforcing plate for added strength at the panel's most stressed edge, helping maintain structural integrity under soil and lateral pressure loads.
Struts are sized for a 1000mm working width and are similarly built from Q355 steel with a spray-painted finish, providing reliable spacing and load transfer between panel walls. Pins (Ø30mm, L=175mm) are manufactured from 45# carbon steel with a galvanized surface treatment for durability and corrosion resistance, securing the strut-to-panel connections.
Together, these components form a complete, ready-to-deploy trench shoring system suited for trenching operations requiring dependable worker protection and structural reliability.
