Sports Game 5.5m Oxford Cloth Durable Custom Inflatable Entrance Tunnel Wolf Events Advertising Inflatable Tunnel

The product name references a 5.5m (approx. 18 ft) model commonly used for sports entrances. We also offer a range of inflated sizes — from about 4 ft up to greater than 12 ft — and can provide custom lengths, heights and widths on request.

The tunnel is constructed from heavy-duty Oxford cloth with PVC reinforcement. It is double-stitched and heat-sealed for strength and longevity. The materials are selected for repeated event use and outdoor durability.

Yes — the tunnel is made with waterproof fabrics and sealed seams for light to moderate rain. However, it is not recommended to use in high winds, severe storms, or heavy downpours without proper shelter and anchoring.

Inflation can be achieved using a built-in fan or an external electric air pump. Power options include USB-powered (for portable/blower models) and standard plug-powered blowers. For long events or larger sizes, a continuous plug-in blower is recommended to maintain full inflation.

Typical setup time is quick — most tunnels can be inflated and secured in about 5–15 minutes with two people. Takedown (deflate, dry, fold) may take slightly longer depending on size and accessories.

Yes. We offer custom UV printing for logos, sponsors and full-color artwork. Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) at high resolution is preferred for best results. Artwork proof and approval are provided before production.

The tunnel includes reinforced attachment points for tie-downs. For outdoor use we recommend using stakes where possible, sandbags or weighted anchors on hard surfaces, and guy lines to secure the structure, especially in variable wind conditions.

The tunnel is designed as an entranceway for events. Supervision is recommended, do not allow climbing or jumping on the structure, and keep open flames and hot equipment away. Ensure the blower remains connected and unobstructed while people are passing through.

Yes — the tunnel is suitable for indoor venues like gymnasiums, arenas and convention centers, provided there is enough floor space and ceiling clearance for the inflated dimensions.

Clean the surface with mild soap and water, rinse and air-dry thoroughly before storage. Avoid abrasive cleaners and sharp objects. Regularly inspect seams, attachment points and the blower for wear. Keep the item dry during storage to prevent mildew.

Basic repair kits (patches and adhesive) are typically available for minor punctures. Replacement blowers and other spare parts may be ordered — contact sales/support for compatibility and availability.

The tunnel deflates and folds for transport. Many orders include a storage/transport bag; availability may vary by model and customization. Larger or fully custom units may ship in crates or on pallets. Contact us for specific packing and shipping options.

Lead times vary by order size and customization. After artwork approval, production typically takes between 7–21 business days. Shipping time depends on destination and chosen freight method. For large orders or peak seasons, allow additional time.

Material and safety documentation may be available on request. Many event venues require fire-retardant certification — please request certification details when ordering and we will confirm which standards the materials meet or provide treated options if required.

Custom-printed and made-to-order inflatables are typically non-returnable once production has started. Standard (non-custom) items may have return options subject to condition and freight costs. For cancellations, contact us immediately — we will advise based on production status.
