General guidance: allow oil to cool and drain safely, remove filters and baskets, wipe interior with a soft cloth and food-safe detergent, avoid abrasive tools that can scratch stainless steel, replace oil when degraded, and follow a routine schedule for inspection of seals, burners/heating elements and controls. Refer to the supplier manual for detailed maintenance steps.

The fryer includes automatic temperature control to help prevent overheating. Additional safety features (emergency stop, overheat cut-off, flame failure protection for gas/diesel) may vary by configuration—confirm exact safety options with the supplier.

Install on a level, sturdy surface with adequate ventilation. Electric versions require a qualified electrician for correct voltage and wiring. Gas or diesel configurations require proper fuel connections and compliance with local codes. Ensure sufficient clearance for maintenance and operator access.

The machine is packed in a plywood case for protection during transport. Shipping method, lead time and freight costs depend on destination and supplier arrangements.

After-sales support, spare parts availability and warranty terms vary by manufacturer/distributor. Contact the supplier to confirm warranty period, spare-part kits and options for installation, training or field service.

Yes—the unit is designed for small-scale production and mobile operations, but ensure your vehicle or site can accommodate the unit's size, weight (150 kg), power or fuel requirements and ventilation needs.

Typical steps: fill the tank with suitable frying oil, power on and select heating method, set target temperature via the automatic controller, allow oil to reach temperature (fast heat-up), load product baskets, fry for the required time, remove and drain, then allow oil to cool before cleaning or filtering. Follow supplier operation manual for precise timings and safety procedures.
