50kg Hdpe Woven Polypropylene Bag Making Cutting Sewing Machine

The machine produces HDPE/PP woven bags including fruit bags, rice bags and other polypropylene woven bags. It supports various bag constructions within the specified size limits.

Bag length is adjustable from 400 mm to 1300 mm. The maximum cutting width of the bag is 800 mm. Cylinder cloth diameter accepted is up to 1400 mm.

Slitting speed ranges from 20 to 50 pieces per minute. Depending on bag length and material handling, that corresponds roughly to 1,200–3,000 bags per hour.

Voltage: 380V, 50Hz (three-phase). Machine weight is approximately 1000 kg. Machine dimensions (L*W*H) are 5300*1900*1500 mm and contour dimension 4000*7000 mm.

The machine is designed for operation by one trained operator, though some installations may use an assistant for material handling or stacking to improve throughput.

Sewing stitch length is adjustable between 5–14 mm. The bag bottom hem width can be set from 16–30 mm to match different bag styles and reinforcement needs.

Core components include a motor, PLC and other precision parts. The machine is CE certified.

Regular maintenance includes cleaning dust and debris, routine lubrication of moving parts, checking and replacing cutting blades and sewing needles as needed, inspecting belts and electrical connections, and following the manufacturer's service schedule.

The machine features user-friendly controls and an operator interface designed for quick adjustments. Basic operator training (supplied by the manufacturer or distributor) is recommended for safe and efficient setup and operation.

Because the machine weighs about 1000 kg and has sizeable dimensions, install it on a stable, level floor with adequate load-bearing capacity and enough surrounding space for material handling and maintenance. Exact space requirements depend on your workflow, but allow for the contour dimension of roughly 4000*7000 mm.

Many manufacturers offer customization or optional tooling to meet specific bag sizes, hem types or production requirements. Contact the supplier with your exact specifications to discuss available options.

It is built for woven HDPE and polypropylene (PP) materials commonly used for fruit, rice and general-purpose woven bags. Material thickness and weave density can affect performance; consult the supplier for compatibility with nonstandard materials.

Replacement parts and after-sales support are typically available through the manufacturer or authorized dealers. Ask the supplier about spare parts kits, lead times and recommended spare parts to keep on hand.

The machine meets CE safety requirements and includes standard protections such as emergency stop controls, guards around moving components and electrical safety interlocks. Follow all local safety regulations and the manufacturer's safety instructions.

Start with the machine's slitting speed (20–50 pcs/min) to get a theoretical range (≈1,200–3,000 pcs/hour). Then adjust downward for factors like longer bag lengths, heavier material handling, changeovers, operator speed and packaging/stacking time to obtain a realistic hourly output.
