ZXL-C700 Full Automatic Non Woven Fabric Carry Bag Making Machine

The ZXL-C700 is a full-automatic production machine for making non-woven carry bags, including shopping bags and soft loop handle bags. It offers multifunctional capabilities, user-friendly operation, high accuracy and productivity, and is designed for industrial bag manufacturing.

It produces shopping bags, non-woven bags and soft loop handle bags. Bag height range: 200–580 mm; bag width range: 100–800 mm. Fabric roll width supported: 500–1300 mm.

Designed for non-woven fabric with material thickness (basis weight) between 30–120 g/m².

Production speed ranges from 40 to 120 pieces per minute, depending on bag size, material and configuration. Example: at 100 pcs/min the output is 6,000 bags per hour.

Total installed power is 15 kW. Voltage options listed are 380V or 220V — confirm the required voltage and phase (e.g., 3-phase/1-phase) with your supplier for your region.

Machine dimensions (L*W*H) are 10,500 × 2,050 × 1,900 mm and the net weight is about 3,000 kg. Allow extra working space around the machine for roll loading, finished bag collection and maintenance when planning layout.

The ZXL-C700 is full-automatic with user-friendly controls and multi-language interface. It is designed for easy operation; typical production requires one primary operator plus an assistant for roll changes and packaging, depending on workflow.

The machine is engineered for high accuracy and repeatability in cutting, welding/sealing and handle attachment, producing consistent bag dimensions and quality when properly set up and maintained.

The machine supports flexible manufacturing configurations to meet different needs. Optional modules (such as printing units, automatic counting, different handle types or stacking systems) may be available—contact the supplier to discuss specific customization options.

Routine maintenance includes daily cleaning, lubrication of moving parts, routine checks of heaters/sensors and periodic replacement of consumables. A more detailed maintenance schedule is provided in the operator manual; follow supplier recommendations to maximize service life.

Yes — replacement parts, consumables and technical support are typically available from the manufacturer or authorized dealers. Confirm lead times for critical spare parts and recommended spare-part lists before purchase.

The machine is listed with CE and ISO9001 certification. Verify documentation and certificates are provided with the machine shipment as required for your market.

Installation requires a suitable power supply, a level foundation/floor capable of supporting the machine weight, and sufficient workshop space. The supplier typically provides installation guidance or on-site commissioning services—confirm scope and costs in advance.

Manufacturers generally provide operator and maintenance training either at the factory or on-site as part of delivery or commissioning. Confirm the training scope, language and any additional fees with your supplier.

Warranty terms and after-sales service packages vary by supplier and sales region. Contact the vendor for specific warranty duration, coverage details and available service/maintenance contracts.
