RZJD-G350J Stable Smooth Cutting Bag Making Machine

The RZJD-G350J is a high-speed machine for producing a wide variety of paper and packaging bags (retail, grocery, food packaging, promotional, and some industrial bags) through cutting, forming and optional gusseting.

Rated machine speed is 20–650 pcs/min. Actual output depends on bag size, material and settings; manufacturer specifications also list a typical top range of 50–600 pcs/min or up to 120 m/min for certain configurations.

Cutting length: 165–720 mm; bag length: 160–715 mm; bag width: 70–350 mm; gusset width: 30–120 mm; bag mouth height: 15 or 20 mm. Many sizes within these ranges can be produced with adjustment.

Designed primarily for paper-type materials with grammage/weight between 35–80 g/m². Compatibility with other materials should be confirmed based on thickness and feed characteristics.

The machine is specified for 380V (typically three-phase). Confirm local supply compatibility and whether step-down or special wiring is required with your electrical contractor or supplier.

It uses PLC control for easy and precise operation. The HMI and PLC make setup and changeovers straightforward, but initial operator training is recommended for optimal performance.

The machine is described as having a high safety level, which typically includes safety guards, emergency stops, interlocks and safe access points. Ask the supplier for a full safety specification and CE/other certifications if required.

Maximum scroll (roll) diameter is 1000 mm and paper feed width supports 200–920 mm, allowing wide rolls for high-volume production.

Yes — bag dimensions and many bag types can be adjusted within the machine's ranges. Additional customization or optional attachments (e.g., printing, special handle or bottom options) may be available from the manufacturer or dealer.

Consumables and wear parts include cutting blades, drive belts, bearings and feed rollers. Major durable components include motor and gearbox. Routine lubrication, blade sharpening/replacement and inspection of rollers/feeds are recommended.

Specification lists a single package size of 30x20x20 cm and a single gross weight of 1,000 KG. These figures appear inconsistent for a large machine—confirm exact crate dimensions, net/gross weight and shipping method with the supplier before shipment.

Policies vary by supplier. Many vendors offer installation, commissioning and operator training as part of the purchase or as an additional service—confirm with your dealer for on-site setup, electrical hookup and trial runs.

Warranty terms and after-sales service vary by supplier and region. Ask your vendor for warranty duration, what it covers, availability of spare parts and whether local technical support or remote troubleshooting is provided.

Changeovers are done via the PLC/HMI and by adjusting mechanical settings (cutting length, guides, rollers, gusset settings). Small to moderate changeovers are quick with trained operators; major format changes may require more time and adjustments.

Contact the machine supplier or authorized distributor for genuine spare parts, recommended maintenance kits and technical service. Provide model number (RZJD-G350J) and serial number to speed parts identification; consider stocking common wear parts such as blades and bearings.
