100kg/h Double Tanks Industrial Electric Chicken Deep Fryer for Restaurant Potato Frying Machine

The model CY1000 is rated for a frying capacity of 100 kg per hour, suitable for high-demand restaurant and catering use. Actual throughput depends on product type, cut size and frying cycle.

Machine dimensions are 1200 × 700 × 950 mm (L × W × H). Net weight is approximately 100 kg. Packing dimensions and gross weight are provided by the manufacturer (pack size listed as 1600 × 1200 × 1300 and gross weight ~250 kg) — confirm packaging specs with your supplier before shipping.

The fryer is constructed from SUS304 stainless steel for durable, food-grade contact surfaces and easier cleaning and corrosion resistance.

This model offers electric and gas energy options. Electric power rating is listed at 2800 W, and available voltages are 220 V or 380 V. Choose the appropriate energy type and voltage when ordering.

It is designed for frying chicken, potato chips, French fries and a wide range of snack foods. It’s suitable for restaurants, fast-food outlets, catering and similar high-volume applications.

Allow the oil to cool, drain and filter the oil, remove baskets and trays, and wash accessible parts with warm soapy water or approved stainless-steel cleaners. Wipe external surfaces with a soft cloth. Follow any manufacturer cleaning procedures and schedule regular deep cleaning and oil changes to prolong service life.

Common commercial frying oils such as refined vegetable oil, canola, sunflower or peanut oil are suitable. Oil life depends on food type, temperature and filtration — filter regularly and replace oil according to food-safety and quality needs.

The unit is specified for fast temperature rise to support quick cooking. Most commercial fryers of this type include an adjustable temperature control/thermostat; verify the exact control type and temperature range with your supplier.

Follow standard fryer safety procedures: ensure proper grounding, avoid overfilling the tank, keep water away from hot oil, use appropriate PPE, and never leave unattended. Confirm with the supplier whether the specific unit includes safety devices (e.g., high-limit thermostat, emergency shutoff).

Select the correct voltage (220 V or 380 V) and ensure a dedicated, properly rated circuit. For gas versions, a certified gas line hookup and a qualified installer are required. Always have installation performed by a licensed electrician/technician and follow local codes.

Spare parts such as heating elements, thermostats, baskets and filters are commonly available. Contact the supplier or manufacturer for details on warranty service, spare-parts availability and authorized service centers.

Specific certifications (CE, UL, etc.) are not listed in the provided description. Request documentation from the seller or manufacturer to confirm applicable certifications and compliance with local food-safety and electrical/gas regulations.

Yes — the unit is marketed for restaurants, catering and food trucks. However, confirm space, power/gas availability and ventilation requirements for mobile use; the machine’s physical footprint and utility needs must fit your vehicle or event setup.

Customization options vary by manufacturer. Ask your supplier about alternate capacities, voltage configurations, additional baskets, controls, or exterior branding. Lead times and minimum order quantities may apply.

Contact the supplier or manufacturer to place an order, confirm configuration (electric vs. gas, voltage), and obtain a lead time and shipping quote. Because the unit is heavy and boxed for transport, coordinate freight, import/export requirements (if applicable), and on-site delivery/unloading arrangements in advance.
