X6 Construction Sprayer

The X6 operates on 380V, 50Hz, 3-phase power with a 5.5 kW main electric engine and requires a 3 kW air compressor. Output flow is adjustable from 0–50 L/min, maximum working pressure is 30 bar, vertical spray reach up to 20 m, horizontal reach up to 40 m, hopper volume 120 L, and it handles aggregate sizes up to 7 mm.

The product description lists a weight of 180 kg, while the parameter table lists 250 kg. Please confirm the exact shipping/operating weight with your supplier or the manufacturer before purchase or transport.

The X6 is designed for common construction mixes such as cement renders, mortar, stucco, plaster and other aggregate-containing materials up to 7 mm in size. Always verify material suitability and mix consistency with the manufacturer for best results.

Output flow is adjustable between 0 and 50 L/min via the machine controls. The PLC provides precise control and automation of flow and pump operation; refer to the operator manual for step-by-step instructions on using the PLC to set flow rates and pressure limits.

The X6 requires a 380V, 50Hz, 3-phase electrical supply for the main motor and a 3 kW air compressor for the pneumatic components.

After each use, empty the hopper, flush the pump and hoses thoroughly with water or a manufacturer-recommended cleaning fluid until clear. Remove any remaining aggregate from the pump and wear parts, check seals and bearings, and lubricate gearbox and moving parts per the maintenance schedule. Follow the operator manual for detailed maintenance intervals.

Regular tasks include inspecting and replacing wear parts (nozzles, seals, hoses), checking pump and gearbox oil levels, greasing bearings, verifying PLC connections and sensors, and cleaning the hopper and filter screens. Conduct a full inspection before and after major jobs.

Use appropriate PPE (eye protection, gloves, respirator if needed, hearing protection). Ensure electrical lockout during maintenance, secure hoses and fittings, avoid working under suspended loads, and keep bystanders clear of spray areas. Follow all site and machine safety guidelines in the manual.

Yes—the 120 L hopper and up to 50 L/min adjustable output are designed for continuous operation on many construction tasks. For extended or very high-volume jobs, plan for hopper refills and monitor pump temperature and wear parts.

The X6 handles aggregate sizes up to 7 mm. Larger aggregates may clog the pump or hoses and should be avoided.

The X6 can spray vertically up to 20 meters and horizontally up to 40 meters under typical operating conditions. Actual reach can vary with material mix, nozzle type, hose diameter, and pressure settings.

The PLC enables precise control of pump speed, flow rate, and automation sequences, simplifies repeatable job settings, and can help monitor operational parameters. Refer to the controller section of the manual for programming and troubleshooting details.

Common items to keep in stock include wear rings, seals and gaskets, pump diaphragms or pistons (if applicable), nozzles, hose sections and clamps, filters, and recommended oils/greases. Maintain a parts list with your supplier for quick replacement.

Because of its weight and size, use appropriate lifting equipment (forklift or crane) and secure the machine for transport. For storage, clean thoroughly, drain fluids if required for winterization, protect electrical components from moisture, and store in a dry, covered area. Confirm exact lifting points with the manufacturer or manual.
