Product Description

The YT-HYSB2 Welding Fume Purifier is a mobile industrial fume extraction and filtration system designed to capture and filter airborne fumes and particulate generated during welding operations. The unit is equipped with two polyester-fibre filter cartridges with PTFE coating, a 3 kW fan, and a 3500 m³/h airflow capacity.

Its mobile configuration and flexible extraction arms allow it to be positioned close to welding work areas, helping to capture fumes at the source. The system also incorporates pulse-jet filter cleaning, an oil-water separator, sound-insulation foam, and two pulse valves.

Product structure

1. The welding fume extractor is composed of centrifugal fan, filter chamber of filter cartridge, dust collector drawer, purifier chamber body, pulsed or manual ash cleaning, electric control device and flexible suction arm with dust hood.   2. The welding fume extractor adopts the filter barrel filter, which has large filtration area and low filtration velocity per unit area, so it has high filtration efficiency.   3. The welding fume extractor adopts the optimized design and the inlet air equal-flow diversion technology, which solves the phenomenon of uneven air flow in each chamber which is difficult to avoid in the general bag filter.   4. The air distribution design of the welding smoke purifier is reasonable, the resistance loss is small, the machine appearance is small, the movement is flexible, the operation is simple, the maintenance is convenient.   5. The filter cartridge adopts imported high-efficiency filter material, with filtration efficiency up to 99.5%. The service life of the filter cartridge is much longer than that of ordinary filter material in normal service conditions.   6. The uniform air guide plate is used in front of the high-efficiency filter barrel to greatly prolong the filter barrel's life.   7. The suction arm of the welding smoke purifier can do 360-degree rotation, and can move up, down and left and right.   8. There are four wheels at the bottom of the welding smoke purifier, which are portable and suitable for the field of dust purification with frequent changes of working point.

Industrial skid casters

The wheels are made of top-grade polyurethane (PU), the brackets are made of 2.5mm pickling plates to increase the ribs, and the 4-inch casters can carry 150kg individually. The wheel surface is designed with grain to enhance the anti-slip performance.

Drawer type dust collection box, convenient and quick
