Clay Brick Making Machine

It can make solid clay bricks, red clay bricks, red soil standard bricks and red mud bricks. With different molds it can also produce various sizes and shapes; hollow molds are available but require higher soil viscosity.

Common materials include clay, shale, coal slack, fly ash and mixtures of these. Material suitability depends on local availability and mix properties; high-viscosity soils are required for hollow bricks.

Yes — we can customize different hollow and solid molds. Hollow molds typically require higher-viscosity soil and there is an additional customization charge. Contact us with desired shape/size for a quote and lead time.

No foundation bolts are required; the machine is designed to work steadily without a fixed foundation. However, a level, firm base (concrete or compacted ground) is recommended for best performance and longevity.

Production capacity depends on the specific model, brick size, mold type and raw material. Please provide the required brick dimensions and daily output target so we can recommend a model and give an accurate capacity estimate.

Power requirements vary by model (typically an electric motor). Voltage and frequency are configurable for different regions. Provide your local power specs and we will supply the exact motor rating and consumption figures.

After forming, bricks usually need drying (sun drying or mechanical dryers) and, for fired bricks, kiln firing. For some mud or stabilized bricks, sun-drying or curing may suffice. Drying and firing depend on material and final brick type.

Routine maintenance includes daily cleaning, regular lubrication of moving parts, periodic inspection of molds and wear parts, and timely replacement of worn components. A maintenance schedule and spare-parts list can be provided.

We provide technical guidance for installation and can offer on-site commissioning and operator training where required. On-site services may incur additional travel and service charges—please request details for your location.

Yes. We supply common spare parts and technical support. For critical wear parts (molds, bearings, seals) it’s recommended to keep spares on hand. Contact us for a recommended spare-parts kit for your model.

Soil suitability depends on particle size, plasticity and moisture content. Send a sample or lab report to us and we can advise whether it needs stabilizers (lime, cement) or whether adjustments to the mix are required for good brick formation.

Operators should use appropriate PPE (gloves, eye protection, ear protection and safety footwear), follow lockout/tagout procedures for maintenance, keep guards in place, and follow the machine operation manual for safe loading and operation.

Yes, hollow molds are available. Limitation: hollow bricks require higher soil viscosity and proper mix control to ensure structural integrity. Hollow mold customization carries an additional charge.

Lead time and warranty terms vary by model and order size. Typical lead times and warranty periods are provided in the quotation. Contact us with model preferences and quantity for exact lead time and warranty details.

Provide your desired brick size, daily capacity, raw material information and delivery location. We can send a quotation, produce sample bricks (shipping costs may apply) and arrange a factory demo or video demonstration on request.
