Waste Metal Scrap Baling Compactor Press Balers Machine

It compresses and bales various types of scrap metal (brass, copper, aluminum, alloy, carbon steel, stainless steel) into dense, manageable bales to improve handling, storage and transport efficiency for recycling operations.

Model: Y81. Power: 30 kW. Weight: 15,000 kg. Nominal push force: 1600 kN. Compressed room dimensions: 1600 x 1200 x 800 mm. Production efficiency: 2000–4000 kg/h. Cycle time: 150 s.

Typical production efficiency is 2000–4000 kg per hour. Actual throughput depends on material type, feed consistency, operator method and degree of pre-processing.

Maximum bale exterior dimensions are limited by the compressed room: 1600 x 1200 x 800 mm. Final bale weight depends on the material density and degree of compression — contact us with material details for estimated bale weights.

Designed for non-ferrous and ferrous scrap including brass, copper, aluminum, alloy, carbon steel and stainless steel. For unusual or mixed waste streams, provide sample descriptions so we can confirm suitability.

It can be operated via PLC control for automated cycles or with manual controls, depending on customer preference and the chosen configuration.

Rated power is 30 kW. The machine typically requires a three-phase industrial power supply; exact voltage and electrical specifications will be provided on order based on regional standards.

The machine is supplied with standard industrial safety features such as emergency stop, safety guards and interlocks. Specific safety configurations and additional protections can be included per customer requirements.

A level, reinforced concrete foundation capable of supporting the 15,000 kg machine is required. Lifting equipment (crane or forklift) is needed for unloading/positioning. Adequate electrical supply and a safe working area for feeding and discharging bales are necessary. Exact foundation drawings and site requirements will be provided with the purchase order.

Routine maintenance includes hydraulic oil checks and changes, lubrication of moving parts, inspection of hoses and fittings, and periodic checks of electrical and control systems. Spare parts and service support are available — contact sales for common spare kits and recommended maintenance intervals.

The nominal cycle time is 150 seconds. Cycle time affects throughput and is influenced by material feed, operator speed, and whether PLC automation is used.

Yes — the machine includes a machinery test report and a video of the outgoing inspection to document performance prior to shipment.

Yes. Common customizations include different bale tying options (wire/straps), additional automation or feeding systems, alternative electrical specifications, and extra safety or monitoring features. Contact sales with your requirements for a quotation.

Shipping options vary by destination (container, flatbed or breakbulk). Lead time depends on current production schedules and any customizations — contact sales with destination and configuration for an estimated lead time and shipping quote.

Warranty and after-sales support terms vary by order and region. The machine is supplied with standard factory warranty coverage; extended warranties and on-site commissioning/service packages can be arranged. Contact your sales representative for specific terms.
