The Advantages:

(4) 15-20 years’ service life. It has longer service time than other suppliers. High-quality refractory bricks, refractory cement and refractory sand are used inside our incinerator. The refractory bricks we use have an aluminum density of 2.15 and can withstand temperatures up to 1680 degrees. 

(5) Easy to installation and using. The incinerator has finished 85% installation, and we have operation video to help you operate it. 

(6) Be portable and cover a small area.

Product Application：

Characteristics: 

(A)Furnace body:

1. The furnace body combustion chamber adopts horizontal grate furnace, which belongs to the third generation incinerator, which is connected with the improved inner wall seamless air guiding and blowing system. The mixing degree is particularly ideal, saving fuel, no secondary pollution, and more than the general furnace. Durable and long lasting. 
2. The furnace body adopts refractory type. In addition to protecting the outside of the furnace, it can be kept in a constant temperature state, and there will be no abnormal high temperature phenomenon, which can reduce the generation of NOx and avoid secondary pollution (which cannot be restrained by the general refractory brick furnace). 
3. The temperature of the jacket refractory of the furnace body is about 60-80 °C, which is the purpose of recycling energy and comprehensive utilization, and has good economic benefits. 
4.  The furnace body combustion chamber is designed according to the principle of incineration. 
5. 5 The furnace body adopts a uniform high-pressure modified inner wall non-weld air guiding system. The air nozzle is not easy to be damaged in the jacket, and can be warmed into the furnace air by the jacket refractory material to save fuel and strong air speed. 30-100M/S, the burning speed is 5-10 times higher than the general increase, which can make the waste have enough air to achieve the complete combustion effect. 
6. A dust-cleaning door is arranged at the bottom of the furnace body to facilitate cleaning of the ash. 
7. The furnace center temperature is maintained at around 850~1100 °C for incineration. The organic matter in the waste can be fully oxidized, and the incineration efficiency is 99.99%. The stable gas produced has the effect of completely burning without odor and smoke. 
8. The furnace has a large internal volume and the furnace load is 400,000 kcal/* (M3*H). It is enough to cope with the mixing of various polymer waste materials, and it has a wide range of adaptability and stability. 

(B)Air blower: 

The fan adopts high-pressure centrifugal fan, which is specially designed and fixed-point production to ensure the flue gas in the purification system.

(C) Chimney: 

It is 6 meters above the ground and is fixed by a wind rope. 

(D) Electrical control system: 

Incinerator device power indicator, switch, temperature and pressure display instrument; Power control system.

Process Technology: 

The TLFS series of waste incinerators use the most advanced primary pyrolysis gasification + surrounding air co-firing + secondary incineration + burnout treatment. The design of the primary combustion chamber of the incinerator uses gasification incineration technology to make the temperature in the furnace of the incinerator change from 200 ℃ to 850 ℃, the temperature of the secondary combustion chamber can reach 1100-1200 ℃, garbage will not be in the incineration process problems such as frit, slag, and sintering occur. Compared with direct combustion furnaces and other furnaces, the gasification incinerator has a very small amount of dust. A secondary incineration burner and a circulating air supply device are installed in the secondary mixing incineration chamber. At high temperatures, the combustible gas in the flue gas can be fully burned, and the gas generated by the gasifier can be efficiently mixed with air to burn, to prevent the carbon material in the gas flame from escaping and the occurrence of delayed burning. When the flue gas enters the high-temperature burn-out chamber, it adopts tangential entry and tangential entry of combustion-supporting air, etc. The residence time in the furnace is greater than 2 seconds, so that the combustible gas in the flue gas and the combustibles in the fly ash are completely incinerated, and the exhaust gas purification equipment is provided at the rear of the incinerator
