Structure & working principle:

The rake teeth made of nylon or stainless steel are assembled on the chain shaft in a certain arrangement order to form a closed ring-shaped toothed rake chain. The entire toothed rake chain is driven by the drive sprocket to move continuously from bottom to top. The suspended solids trapped on the rake teeth are transported from the sewage to the ground or above the platform, and the materials are cleared during the rotation and meshing of the rake teeth, so as to protect the water pump and reduce the processing load of the subsequent processes.
