US307 Vacuum Therapy Cupping Machine

The US307 is a commercial body-contouring system that combines vacuum therapy with 40kHz cavitation and adjustable RF energy to help reduce localized fat, improve lymphatic drainage and circulation, and tighten and firm the skin for body slimming and shaping.

40kHz cavitation creates micro-bubbles that help disrupt fat cells, RF (radiofrequency) heats tissues to stimulate collagen production and tighten skin, and vacuum therapy promotes circulation and lymphatic drainage. Together they enhance fat breakdown, removal and skin remodeling.

Key specs include 40kHz cavitation frequency, adjustable RF energy levels (1–50J), up to 1000W output power, a 7.4-inch color touch screen interface, and a compact housing (approximately 52 x 39 x 37 cm).

Treatments are generally non-invasive and well tolerated. Patients commonly feel suction, pressure and mild warmth from RF. Settings can be adjusted for comfort; topical anesthesia is usually not required. Pain or discomfort should be minimal when operated correctly.

Typical protocols range from 6–12 sessions depending on the client's goals and the treated area. Sessions are commonly scheduled once per week, but frequency can be adjusted based on practitioner assessment and client response.

Session length varies by area and protocol, but treatments usually take between 20 and 60 minutes per treated area.

Clients may notice gradual improvements in contour, reduced localized fat and firmer skin over several sessions. Visible changes often appear after a few treatments and continue to improve as the body clears disrupted fat cells. Results vary by individual, lifestyle and treatment protocol.

Downtime is minimal. Common temporary effects include redness, mild bruising, tenderness or slight swelling at the treatment site. Burns, blisters or persistent redness are rare and usually result from improper use. Clients can typically return to normal activities immediately.

Contraindications generally include pregnancy or breastfeeding, implanted electronic devices (e.g., pacemakers), active infections or open wounds in the treatment area, recent surgery, active cancer, severe cardiac disease, and known clotting disorders. Always screen clients and consult a physician when in doubt.

The device is designed to be used on a wide range of skin types. RF energy is adjustable to reduce the risk of thermal injury; however, darker skin tones may have a higher risk of pigmentation changes. Perform a patch test and use conservative settings for higher-risk skin tones.

Operators should receive training from the manufacturer or distributor and be familiar with the user manual, treatment protocols, contraindications and safety procedures. Certification or hands-on training is recommended for safe and effective use in a commercial setting.

Routine maintenance includes cleaning and disinfecting handpieces and cups after each use, inspecting cables and connectors, replacing consumable parts as needed, and following the manufacturer's preventive maintenance schedule. Always power off and unplug before cleaning.

Cavitation disrupts fat cells, which are then metabolized and removed by the body—those fat cells do not typically return. However, remaining fat cells can enlarge if the client gains weight, so long-term results depend on a healthy lifestyle and maintenance treatments.

Common treatment areas include the abdomen, flanks, thighs, buttocks, upper arms and back. The device is primarily intended for body contouring—treatment of the face may require specific handpieces and protocols and should be approached with caution.

Regulatory approvals and warranties may vary by region and seller. Check with the manufacturer or authorized distributor for CE/FDA or other certifications, warranty length, included accessories (handpieces, cups, power cord, manual) and available technical support or training packages.
