Toilet Paper Production Line With Precise Tension Control and Cutting

This automated production line manufactures toilet tissue rolls and related products by combining rewinding, embossing, perforating, cutting and packing with precise tension control to ensure consistent, high-quality output.

Key specs include voltage options 380V/220V, power 4KW, maximum line speed up to 200 m/min, weight 3500 kg, overall dimensions 6500 x 3100 x 2600 mm, and it produces toilet paper, facial tissue and napkin paper. The machine is available in automatic and semi-automatic configurations.

It can produce toilet tissue paper rolls, facial tissues and napkin paper. Roll widths, diameters and sheet lengths can be adapted to common industry sizes; specific formats can be customized to customer requirements.

Maximum web speed is up to 200 m/min. Actual throughput depends on web speed, sheet length, roll diameter/core size and downtime for changeovers. Final output (rolls per minute/hour) should be calculated based on your target roll dimensions.

The line uses tension sensors and closed-loop control to maintain consistent web tension during unwinding, rewinding and processing. This reduces breaks and wrinkles, improves embossing and cutting accuracy, and ensures uniform roll density and appearance.

The cutting and perforation systems are engineered for high precision and are fully adjustable for different sheet lengths and patterns. Exact tolerances depend on the selected tooling and job settings; detailed accuracy specifications are available on request.

The automatic version includes more automated operations (e.g., automated changeovers, inline packing and minimal operator intervention), while the semi-automatic model requires more manual input for feeding, changeovers or packing steps. Choice depends on desired throughput and budget.

The machine supports 380V and 220V supply options and consumes about 4KW. A stable power source meeting local electrical codes is required; three-phase supply may be necessary for some installations. Site preparation should include adequate power, compressed air (if specified), and a level concrete floor capable of supporting the 3500 kg weight.

Suppliers typically provide delivery, onsite installation and commissioning, plus operator and maintenance training. Remote training and technical support options are often available. Confirm the exact services and any additional travel or service charges with your vendor.

Routine maintenance includes regular cleaning, lubrication of moving parts, inspection and replacement of cutting blades, embossing tooling and perforation knives, sensor calibration and checking tension-control components. Following the manufacturer's maintenance schedule maximizes uptime and equipment life.

Yes. Common spare parts and consumables such as blades, embossing rollers, perforation knives, bearings and sensors are available. It's recommended to keep critical spares on hand; check lead times for larger or customized parts.

Yes. Embossing patterns, roll widths/diameters, core sizes, and levels of automation (packaging options, labeling, etc.) can typically be customized. Discuss your product specifications with the supplier to get a tailored configuration and quote.

Physical footprint is approximately 6500 x 3100 x 2600 mm and the machine weight is 3500 kg. Install on a level, load-bearing concrete floor with adequate overhead clearance and room for operator access, material handling and packing stations. Exact foundation requirements should be provided by the manufacturer based on site conditions.

The line is supplied with standard safety features such as emergency stops, guarding around moving parts and safety interlocks. Certifications (CE, ISO, or others) and detailed safety documentation are typically available on request—confirm with the supplier for the specific certifications included.

Pricing, lead time and warranty vary by configuration, customization and order quantity. Contact the supplier with your required specifications to receive a formal quotation. Warranty terms and after-sales support packages are provided by the manufacturer and can be negotiated at purchase.
