High-speed Automatic Bundle of Toilet Paper Roll Bath Tissue Production Line Making Machine

The machine supports high-speed production up to 300 meters per minute as specified.

It is designed to produce toilet tissue and bath tissue rolls for commercial or retail packaging applications.

Electrical supply is 380 V (three-phase). Core components include PLC, engine, motor and pump. The listed power is 54 W in the specification — please confirm with the supplier, as larger lines commonly have power ratings in kW. Machine weight is 8,000 kg and overall dimensions are 6000 × 4000 × 2000 mm.

The line performs paper slitting and rewinding and includes automatic bundling to form packs of finished toilet paper rolls.

It is a high-degree automated line featuring PLC control for precise operation and automatic bundling for reduced manual handling.

Roll and bundle size ranges are not specified in the provided data. Typical machines support a range of diameters, core sizes and bundle configurations — please provide your required roll diameters, widths and bundle format so the manufacturer can confirm compatibility or offer adjustments.

Requires a stable three-phase 380 V supply, a flat reinforced concrete floor capable of supporting the machine weight (8,000 kg), sufficient ceiling height for the 2000 mm machine height plus handling, and space for material feed, finished goods staging and operator access. Exact foundation and utilities requirements should be provided by the supplier during site planning.

The specification lists comprehensive testing and inspection. Many manufacturers also provide on-site commissioning and operator/maintenance training — confirm with the supplier whether these services are included or available as options.

Routine maintenance typically includes lubrication of moving parts, periodic inspection and tensioning of belts and rollers, cleaning of slitting blades and sensors, checking hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and scheduled replacement of wear parts. Follow the manufacturer's maintenance manual for exact intervals.

The machine uses PLC control for precise operation and the product description notes comprehensive testing and inspection. Typical quality features include web tension control, slitting accuracy, roll diameter monitoring and automatic stoppage on fault detection — confirm the exact QC features with the supplier.

Spare parts and after-sales support availability vary by manufacturer. Ask the supplier about spare parts kits, lead times, recommended stock levels and service contracts. Many suppliers offer spare parts, remote technical support and on-site service options.

While specific safety items are not listed, industrial lines typically include emergency stop buttons, safety guards and interlocks around moving parts, lockable access panels, and electrical protection. Request the machine's safety documentation and CE or other relevant certifications from the supplier.

Yes — most manufacturers can customize slitting widths, roll diameters, bundle configurations and add-ons (e.g., printing, embossing or wrapping). Provide your paper grade (gsm), roll dimensions and packaging requirements to get an accurate customization quote.

Lead time depends on manufacturer backlog, customization and testing; typical lead times range from several weeks to a few months. Shipping considerations include crate size, weight (8,000 kg), required lifting equipment for unloading and any export/import documentation — confirm timelines and logistics with the supplier.

The specification lists a power rating of 54 W (please verify if this is correct). For accurate operating cost estimates request the supplier's detailed electrical load breakdown, typical energy consumption at rated speed, and any auxiliary utilities (e.g., compressed air, hydraulic power) so you can calculate energy and running costs.
