Toilet Paper Machinery Toilet Tissue Roll Manufacturing Cutting Rewinding Production Line Toilet Paper Making Machine with embossing

This is a toilet tissue roll manufacturing, cutting and rewinding production line for producing high-quality toilet paper, kitchen towels and similar paper products on a commercial scale.

The line operates between 150–280 m/min, depending on material, roll specifications and production settings.

Maximum paper width is 2200 mm. Finished roll diameters are adjustable; the specification lists a range from 50 mm up to 2200 mm (user-configurable within machine limits).

Standard jumbo roll core diameter is 76 mm. The base (unwinder) diameter is 1100 mm by default; other sizes can be supplied or customized on request.

Perforation pitch is adjustable. Typical ranges listed are: 2-ply mode 150–300 mm and 3-ply mode 80–220 mm (depending on tooling and configuration).

Voltage options are 220 V 50 Hz or 380 V (three-phase) depending on your region. The main drive power is specified as 5.5 kW; other motors/components follow standard industrial ratings.

The line uses a pneumatic system and requires a 3-horsepower air compressor with a minimum pressure of 5 kg/cm² (approx. 5 bar).

Control is via a PLC computer operating system with an operator interface for setting parameters such as speed, perforation, and roll diameter for easy operation and repeatability.

Standard machine dimensions are approximately 4.5 m (L) × 2.8 m (W) × 1.7 m (H). Actual installation space should include extra clearance for loading, maintenance and material handling.

The machine is intended for toilet tissue and similar paper products; compatible grammages depend on rewinding and cutting tooling. For specific GSM ranges and material tests, contact the supplier to verify your paper stock.

Routine maintenance includes cleaning and lubrication of moving parts, periodic inspection and replacement of blades/perforation knives, checking pneumatic lines and filters, and confirming electrical connections and PLC backups per the supplier's maintenance schedule.

Spare parts (blades, bearings, seals, pneumatic components, PLC parts) and after-sales service are typically provided by the manufacturer or distributor—confirm availability, lead times and service contracts when ordering.

Yes. Common customizations include different jumbo/core diameters, additional cutting/perforation tooling, coreless rewinding options, and automation/upstream or downstream integrations. Contact the supplier with your requirements for a quote.

Standard safety features include emergency stop buttons, guards and interlocks; comprehensive operator training and safety documentation are normally provided by the vendor. Always follow local safety regulations and ensure operators are trained before production.

Lead time, warranty terms and shipping depend on order size, customization and the supplier. These details vary—request a formal quotation from the manufacturer/distributor to get specific lead times, warranty coverage and freight options.
