Tile Cleaning Floor Washing Machine Industrial

A heavy-duty floor scrubber designed for cleaning tiled and other hard industrial floors in warehouses, factories, malls, hospitals, parking areas, schools, restaurants and similar large spaces.

It is an electric, battery-powered machine equipped with 2 × 12V 100Ah batteries (typically configured for 24V system).

Typical continuous runtime is approximately 2–3 hours under normal working conditions. Actual runtime varies with operating speed, brush load, floor condition and battery state of charge.

The clean water tank capacity is 55 L and the dirty water tank capacity is 60 L, allowing extended cleaning before refilling and emptying.

The cleaning width is 850 mm. Theoretical productivity (operator-dependent) can reach roughly 3,000–3,500 m²/hour at typical walking speeds; real-world productivity will be lower depending on overlap, turns and soil level.

The machine is specified for cold water cleaning. Mild, pH‑neutral cleaning detergents compatible with plastic components are normally acceptable, but avoid harsh solvents or hot water unless confirmed with the supplier.

It is suitable for hard, non-porous surfaces such as tile, sealed concrete, vinyl and similar industrial hard floors. Avoid use on delicate or highly uneven surfaces unless tested.

Machine dimensions are 1400 × 850 × 1050 mm and the net weight is listed as 180 kg. The single package size is 200 × 200 × 200 cm with a listed gross weight—please confirm shipping/crate weight with the seller as packaging and handling materials can increase gross weight.

Voltage is customizable to meet regional or application requirements. Contact the supplier to specify the required voltage or electrical configuration when ordering.

Regular tasks include: emptying and rinsing the dirty tank after each use, refilling/cleaning the clean tank, inspecting and cleaning brushes/squeegees, charging and maintaining batteries per manufacturer guidance, and checking hoses and seals for wear. Replace brushes or squeegee when worn.

Inclusion of a charger and spare parts varies by seller and package. Check the product listing or contact the supplier to confirm what is included and to order spare brushes, squeegees or chargers if not bundled.

Follow general electrical and machine safety: read the operator manual, wear appropriate PPE, avoid exposing batteries to extreme heat, secure batteries and cables, do not use damaged cords or components, and ensure proper ventilation when working in enclosed areas.

The machine is designed for manual operation and is user-friendly, but basic training on safe operation, charging, maintenance and troubleshooting is recommended to maximize performance and life span.

Warranty terms and after-sales support vary by manufacturer and distributor. Contact the vendor for specific warranty coverage, service plans and authorized service centers.

Contact the supplier or sales representative with your requirements (voltage, accessories, charger, service plan). They can provide quotes, lead times and available customization options.
