Supply Automatic Stacked Screw Dewatering Sludge Press Machine

The productivity figure refers to the nominal slurry throughput the press can handle under typical conditions. Actual throughput will vary with sludge solids concentration, rheology, feed rate and any pre-treatment (e.g., polymer dosing). We recommend lab or site trials to determine realistic capacity for your specific sludge.

Final cake dryness depends on sludge type, polymer dosing, feed solids concentration and operating parameters. Cake dryness can vary widely, so provide a sample for testing or request our typical performance data for sludges similar to yours to get a realistic estimate.

The machine is constructed from stainless steel 304, which provides good corrosion resistance and durability for many wastewater and industrial applications. For highly corrosive or chloride-rich environments, alternative materials or coatings may be recommended—please consult us.

The specification lists a net weight of 500 kg. The single package size is shown as 200 x 20 x 20 cm and a single gross weight as 68.000 KG. Please confirm final shipping dimensions and gross weight with your supplier or sales contact before arranging transport, as packaging and options can change these values.

Core components listed include the motor and PLC control system. The machine also includes the stacked screw dewatering assembly and basic mounting/support structure. Optional accessories (feed pumps, polymer dosing units, conveyors, instrumentation) are typically available separately.

Power requirements (voltage, phase, and power draw) depend on the motor supplied and regional specifications. These details are not listed in the basic spec—please contact the supplier with your power standards (e.g., 230V/400V, 50/60Hz) to receive the correct electrical specification and wiring diagram.

Yes — the unit is described as automatic and is equipped with a PLC for control. The PLC typically manages feed control, screw speed, alarms and basic interlocks. Specific HMI, remote monitoring or advanced automation options should be discussed with the supplier.

Routine maintenance includes regular inspection and cleaning of the screw and trough, checking and lubricating bearings per the manufacturer's schedule, inspecting seals and wear parts, verifying the motor and electrical connections, and backing up PLC programs. Frequency depends on operating hours and sludge abrasiveness.

Yes — common spare parts include screws/augers, bearings, seals, motor components and PLC modules. Polymer is often used as a consumable for many dewatering applications (if required). Ask the supplier for a recommended spare-parts list and lead times.

The machine is designed for industrial use and typically incorporates guards, emergency stop(s) and PLC-based alarms/interlocks. Exact safety features and certifications vary by configuration, so confirm the safety equipment included with your quoted model.

It is suitable for municipal wastewater treatment, industrial sludge dewatering, agricultural wastewater management, food processing waste treatment, and mining/mineral processing sludge handling. Suitability depends on sludge characteristics—samples or application details help ensure the right selection.

Yes — many suppliers offer customization (different screw geometries, motor sizes, feed inlets, automation levels or tandem/parallel arrangements) to meet higher or different capacity needs. Discuss your throughput target and sludge properties to explore options.

Plan for a stable mounting foundation that supports the machine weight, appropriate feed and discharge piping, safe electrical supply and control cabinet location, and adequate space for maintenance access. The supplier can provide installation drawings and recommended clearances.

Most suppliers offer commissioning and start-up support as well as operator training (either on-site or remote). Confirm availability and whether those services are included or offered as an option when you request a quote.

Warranty terms and available certifications (CE, ISO, etc.) vary by manufacturer and region. Ask the supplier for the specific warranty period, coverage details and copies of any applicable certifications during the sales process.
