Water Treatment Equipment Description

This is water treatment system adopts modular design enabling the system to have various characteristics, such as
independence,modularization and simple operation, etc. These functions ensure the consecutiveness, stability and reliability of the equipment. In addition,we will make more than two design plans for the selection by theclients in accordance with the water quality report and URS, including pretreatment configuration combined with desalination system,selection of distribution system and disinfection methods, etc. In the mean time, we also provide a complete set of verification system for clients, including design validation in the preliminary stage, FAT test within the factory, installation validation in later stage, operation validation and performance validation as well as perfect after-service system.

Water Source Pump

Water Source Pump Provides needed pressure for every pretreatment filter.It is made of stainless steel, which is characterized by corrosion resistance and has a long service life.

Silica Sand

When the water through the machine, it machine will stop suspend through the good quality silica sand. Protect the following machines and clean the water. This machine can achieve the back washing itself through the manual valve device, and can prolong the life of machine.

Active Carbon Filter

It can remove the pigment, smell and a large number of biological organisms in the water. This active carbon filter is simple and reliable, easy to maintain. It is suitable for the places which are strict with water quality like enterprises, hotel, army,station and dock.

Sodium Ion Exchanger

Sodium Ion exchanger we also called softener, that soften theory is exchanging NA++ of resin itself of Ca++ Mg++ of water resource with ion to make water resource soften and become soft water.

Chemical Dosing Device

It can control the water PH and anti scale adding. So it can prolong the machine using time. In addition, it can even control the
water flavor.

Micron Filter

It can ensure that granularity of the water into reverse osmosis is less than 0.5um / 0.1um.

Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment System

Reverse osmosis (RO) is a water purification process that uses a partially permeable membrane to remove ions, unwanted molecules and larger particles from drinking water. The system main equipment are silica sand filter, active carbon filter, sodium ion
exchanger, hollow fiber, RO( reverse osmosis), UV sterilizer, precision filter, ozone generator, water tank etc.

Control cabinet with transducer:

ABB transducer is used for the source water pump, High-pressure pump, pure water pump when the input and output pressure is not stable, it can control it automatically and the reverse osmosis membrane can lift pressure slowly, to avoid the damage of high-pressure water impact.

High Pressure Pump

This system is equipped with a high-pressure water pump, which is used to pressurize reverse osmosis and provide a power source
for reverse osmosis system Each high-pressure pump is equipped with a soft starter and a low-pressure protection device to prevent the high-pressure pump from generating strong water shock and damaging the high-pressure pump and reverse osmosis membrane components during the start-up and shutdown.

Ozone Sterilizer

Some bacteria may not be killed by UV, the sterilizer uses ozone to kill those bacteria.

UV Sterilizer

It uses the UV to kill some bacteria that may also pass through the reverse osmosis system.
