Integrated UF Membrane Water Treatment System for domestic sewage

An Integrated UF Membrane Water Treatment System is a filtration technology designed to treat domestic sewage using ultrafiltration (UF) membranes, effectively removing suspended solids, bacteria, and other contaminants from water.

The UF membrane system works by passing water through a semi-permeable membrane that allows water molecules to pass while blocking larger particles, bacteria, and other impurities, resulting in clean treated water.

The main components include UF membrane modules, pre-treatment units, valves, an electric control cabinet, a backwash system, a cleaning pump, and various fittings such as UPVC pipes and butterfly valves.

Yes, the Integrated UF Membrane Water Treatment System is specifically designed for domestic sewage treatment, making it ideal for residential applications.

The backwash system is designed to clean the membrane by reversing the flow of water, dislodging accumulated contaminants and ensuring the system operates efficiently.

CIP stands for 'Clean-In-Place', a cleaning process that allows the system to be cleaned without disassembly, ensuring the membranes are maintained and function optimally.

The frame is made of SS304 stainless steel, and it includes UPVC pipes and fittings, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion.

The electric control cabinet houses the system's control panel and PLC, allowing for automated operation, monitoring, and adjustments to the treatment process.

Yes, the system is designed to accommodate different flow rates, making it adaptable to various domestic sewage treatment needs.

The system can be installed in various configurations, including 'In-outside' or 'Outside-in', with or without a blower, depending on the specific site requirements.

The system is controlled and monitored through a touch screen interface that provides real-time data and allows for easy adjustments to settings.

Regular maintenance includes monitoring the backwash cycles, cleaning the membranes using the CIP process, and checking the operation of pumps and valves to ensure optimal performance.

Yes, the system includes provisions for dosing chemicals such as acid and fungicide to maintain membrane integrity and performance.

The lifespan of UF membranes can vary based on usage and maintenance, but with proper care, they can last several years before needing replacement.

Yes, training is typically provided to ensure users understand how to operate and maintain the system effectively.
