Shoe Making Double Station &Cold Back Part Molding Machine

It is used to mold and form back parts of shoes (heel counters, back reinforcement, cold and hot back parts) to improve component quality and increase production efficiency in shoe manufacturing.

Double station means the machine has two molding stations so one station can be loaded/unloaded while the other is molding. This overlap reduces downtime and roughly doubles throughput compared with a single-station machine.

Yes. The machine is designed for both hot and cold back part molding, allowing flexibility to process different materials and production requirements.

It is compatible with common shoe-making materials such as PU, PVC, EVA, TPU, rubber composites and fabrics used for heel counters and back reinforcements. Exact compatibility depends on material temperature and tooling.

Electrical requirements depend on the specific configuration and regional standards. The machine uses an integrated PLC and motors; please consult the technical datasheet or contact sales with your local voltage (e.g., 220V/380V/3-phase) for an exact specification.

Cycle time varies with part complexity, material and process settings. With the double-station design you can expect cycle times in the range of tens of seconds per part under typical conditions, and significantly higher hourly throughput than single-station units. Exact numbers should be confirmed with sample parts and process parameters.

The machine uses an integrated PLC control system and motor drives for reliable, repeatable operation and easy process parameter control. A comprehensive machinery test report is provided.

Tooling is typically supplied per customer requirements. Molds can be custom-designed for your part geometry. Contact the manufacturer with part drawings or samples to discuss tooling options and pricing.

Dimensions and footprint vary by model and optional configurations. Please request the machine layout drawing or technical specification from the supplier for exact measurements to plan factory layout.

The manufacturer provides installation guidance, commissioning support and operator training. On-site commissioning and training can be arranged where required; remote support is also available. Confirm service scope and any costs with sales.

Routine maintenance includes cleaning, lubrication of moving parts, inspection/replacement of heating elements and sensors as needed. The machine typically comes with a standard warranty (commonly 12 months); confirm exact warranty terms with the supplier and ask about extended support options.

Machines are packed in exported wooden packages suitable for international shipment. Port of dispatch is typically Guangzhou or Shenzhen; the supplier can coordinate shipping logistics.

Supply ability is up to 500 sets per month. Lead time depends on order volume and customization; contact sales for current lead time estimates for your specific order.

Yes. Spare parts are available and the manufacturer offers after-sales support. Parts can be shipped from China; service agreements or local partners may be available depending on region—confirm details with the supplier.

Yes. The machine supports customization in tooling, process parameters and optional modules to suit different footwear types and both small- and large-scale production lines. Discuss your requirements with the manufacturer to develop the right configuration.
