Automatic Hollow Chocolate Egg Making Machine Chocolate Spinning Machine

The machine processes 16 moulds per batch. Depending on shell thickness and cycle time (3–10 minutes per batch), throughput ranges roughly from 96 to 320 moulds per hour (16 moulds × 6–20 batches/hour).

Rated power is 0.75 kW. Voltage options available are 220V, 380V, or customized per order. At rated power the machine consumes about 0.75 kW·h for each running hour (actual consumption depends on duty cycle).

Standard mould plate size is 275 × 175 mm. The machine runs 16 moulds per batch as supplied.

Cycle times depend on chocolate thickness and settings; typical cycles range from 3 to 10 minutes per batch. Thinner shells are quicker; thicker shells require more time.

The machine is compatible with tempered couverture and compound chocolates commonly used for molded products. For best results, use properly tempered chocolate; check with your chocolatier or supplier for recommended formulations and viscosities.

The machine is designed for forming/spinning hollow eggs; it does not replace a dedicated tempering unit. For consistent surface shine and snap, use a separate tempering machine or temper the chocolate before feeding it into this machine.

Clean moulds and product-contact parts after each production run. Use food-grade detergents and warm water; avoid immersing electrical components. Wipe and dry mould surfaces thoroughly before reuse. Follow local food-safety standards and the manufacturer's cleaning guidelines.

Perform daily cleaning and visual checks, weekly inspection/tightening of fasteners and moving parts, and periodic lubrication of mechanical components per the operator manual. Arrange professional servicing annually or as recommended by the supplier.

Online support and video technical help are available, as stated in the product information. Contact the supplier for operator training options, on-site commissioning, or additional technical assistance.

Custom moulds may be possible. Because the standard mould plate is 275 × 175 mm and the machine is set up for 16 moulds per batch, discuss custom mould design and compatibility with the supplier to confirm feasibility and tooling costs.

Overall dimensions are 1000 × 520 × 1500 mm (L × W × H) and the weight is 125 kg. Allow additional working space around the machine for operator access, material handling and ventilation.

The machine is designed for industrial use with standard safety features. For specific safety devices (emergency stop, guards, grounding, interlocks), request the detailed specifications and safety documentation from the supplier prior to purchase.

Spare parts and consumables are typically available through the manufacturer or authorized distributors. Contact the supplier to confirm lead times, costs and recommended spare parts to keep on hand.

This machine is suited for dairy product factories, snack food producers, chocolate manufacturers, confectionery businesses and custom chocolate shops that need to produce hollow chocolate eggs efficiently.

Warranty terms, certifications (for example CE or ISO) and shipping/crating options vary by supplier and region. Ask the seller for current warranty coverage, available certificates, customs documentation and estimated delivery timelines before ordering.
