Shipping Container Lift Legs 32 Tons Pressure Maintaining Wireless Removable Hydraulic Lift for Container

The lift legs are rated for a maximum load of 32 tons (32,000 kg). Do not exceed this rated capacity.

Maximum lifting height is 1650 mm.

Lifting speed is 21 mm/s, so raising to the full 1650 mm takes approximately 79 seconds (1650 ÷ 21 ≈ 78.6 s).

Motor power is 2 kW and the system operates at 24 V. Confirm with the supplier whether the package includes an onboard battery, charger, or requires an external 24 V DC supply.

Yes — the product supports wireless operation for convenient remote control of lifting and lowering. For details on remote range, pairing and backup controls, refer to the manufacturer manual or contact the supplier.

Yes — the legs have a removable design to facilitate transport and storage. Follow the manufacturer instructions for safe disassembly, securing components, and recommended transport methods.

Dimensions are 1200 x 1090 x 2568 mm. Gross weight is 3600 kg. Because of the weight, use appropriate lifting/transport equipment when moving the unit.

The system uses double-acting hydraulic cylinders.

Synchronous lifting coordinates all lift legs to raise and lower evenly, maintaining balance under the container. This reduces stress on the container and improves safety during lifting operations.

Operate on level, stable ground; never exceed the 32-ton rating; use appropriate cribbing or supports before working under a lifted container; keep personnel clear during lifting; follow manufacturer safety instructions and wear required PPE.

Regularly inspect hydraulic hoses, fittings, seals and cylinders for leaks or damage; check hydraulic fluid level and replace per manufacturer schedule; tighten bolts and inspect structural parts for corrosion or cracks. Frequency depends on use — perform visual checks before each use and schedule professional servicing periodically.

The product carries a 1.5-year warranty. It typically covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty exclusions (such as misuse, overloading, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs) and claim procedures should be confirmed with the seller.

Certifications (CE, ISO, etc.) are not listed in the provided description. Request compliance documentation, test reports and relevant certificates from the supplier before purchase if required for your operation or jurisdiction.

They are designed primarily for shipping containers and similar heavy, uniformly supported loads. Using them for other applications may be possible but requires engineering assessment to ensure load distribution, stability and safe operation. Consult the manufacturer or a qualified engineer.

The unit weighs approximately 3600 kg and has sizable dimensions, so plan for heavy-haul transport and suitable lifting equipment (cranes/forklifts) for loading and unloading. Secure removable parts and follow supplier shipping instructions to avoid damage in transit.
