Small Electric Hydraulic Unloading Platform Truck Scissor Lift Mobile Shear Fork Steel Container Loading Dock Leveler

It is a mobile electro-hydraulic scissor lift truck designed to make loading, unloading and in-plant transfers of heavy goods easier and safer — ideal for container loading/unloading, warehouses, logistics, manufacturing lines and construction sites.

Static load capacity is 10 tonnes and dynamic (working) load capacity is 8 tonnes. Always adhere to these limits and the specific capacity rating of the selected model.

The height adjustment range is -300 mm to +300 mm relative to the nominal platform height, providing +/-300 mm of vertical adjustment to match dock or container heights.

The unit uses a 1.5 kW electro-hydraulic drive. Voltage options are vendor/model-dependent (listed as 'Other' in the spec); contact the supplier to confirm available voltage configurations (e.g., 110V, 220V, 380V or battery-assisted variants).

Hydraulic tank capacity is 6 liters. Use hydraulic fluid recommended by the manufacturer — check the manual or contact support for the correct grade and viscosity for your operating temperature range.

The platform and frame are steel construction. The motherboard (platform plate) thickness is 8 mm with a 4 mm thick U-shaped motherboard skeleton for strength and durability.

Yes — the design is compact and mobile for easier in-plant movement and transport. Exact mobility features (wheels, casters, steering) vary by model, so confirm the configuration you need when ordering.

Lifting is electro-hydraulic. Control interfaces vary by model and may include a pendant/hand controller or integrated control panel. Operator training is recommended before use.

Regular checks should include: hydraulic fluid level and condition, visual inspection for leaks or damaged hoses, fastener tightness, brake/wheel condition, and platform wear. Follow the manufacturer's maintenance schedule for service intervals and fluid change recommendations.

Do not exceed rated dynamic/static loads, ensure load is stable and centered, operate on level surfaces whenever possible, use wheel locks/brakes before lifting, keep personnel clear of raised platform, and ensure operators are trained. Follow all local regulations and the product safety manual.

Yes — many parameters such as voltage, platform size, wheel type, fork configuration and additional accessories can often be customized. Contact the supplier with your requirements for available options and pricing.

Certifications and compliance (e.g., CE, ISO) depend on the manufacturer and model. Ask the supplier for certificates and conformity documentation relevant to your region and industry requirements.

Typical uses include container loading/unloading, moving heavy pallets or machinery within warehouses, loading docks, logistics operations, assembly lines and construction sites where small, mobile heavy-lifting capability is needed.

For transport, secure the unit to a vehicle/flatbed per standard load-securing practices. Store indoors or under cover to protect hydraulic components and electronics; if stored outdoors, follow manufacturer guidance for long-term storage (drain or treat fluids, protect exposed metal).

Online technical support is offered. Warranty terms vary by supplier and model — contact the seller for details on the warranty period, scope of coverage and after-sales support options.
