RICHI CE Certified 1-2t/h Poultry Pig Chick Broiler Chicken Making Animal Feed Pellets Machine

It produces high-quality animal feed pellets for poultry, pigs, broilers, chicks and other livestock. Final pellet diameter can be adjusted between 2–12 mm to suit different animals and feeding needs.

The product name references a standard 1–2 t/h model, but the machine is customizable with capacities ranging from 1 up to 40 tons per hour to meet small- to large-scale production requirements.

Yes. The machine is CE certified, indicating compliance with applicable European safety and quality standards. CE documentation can be provided on request.

The machine is equipped with a Siemens brand motor for reliable operation. Voltage and electrical configuration are customizable to match your local power supply—please specify required voltage when ordering.

Weight is approximately 3000 kg. Overall dimensions vary by capacity and configuration; detailed drawings and footprint information are provided based on the selected capacity.

Typical feed ingredients (corn, soybean meal, bran, forage, and similar materials) can be processed. Raw materials generally need to be properly ground and conditioned for optimal pellet quality—please contact the supplier for recommended particle size and moisture conditioning for your formulation.

RICHI provides two years of free technical support plus permanent assistance afterward. Routine maintenance (lubrication, inspection of wear parts, cleaning) is recommended; spare parts and service options are available from the supplier.
