Professional Boots Washing Machine Automatic Shoe Sole Cleaning Machine

An automatic shoe sole cleaning machine designed to remove dirt, grease and grime from boots and shoes. It uses an automatic Clean‑In‑Place (CIP) alkaline degreasing process in a durable metal/coil construction to provide fast, reliable sole cleaning for industrial and commercial settings.

The machine employs an alkaline cleaning (degreasing) chemistry combined with mechanical action from coils/brushes as part of a Clean‑In‑Place system. Solvent/solution and mechanical scrubbing remove soil from soles automatically; used solution is managed according to the machine's CIP design.

Designed for boots, work shoes and many types of sports and casual shoes with rubber or synthetic soles. Exercise caution with delicate, polished or untreated leather uppers and specialty finishes—test a small area first or avoid exposing uppers to the alkaline solution.

Condition: New. Material: Metal/Coil. Cleaning type: CIP. Power: 150 W (electric). Weight: 100 kg (net). Single package size: 90 × 80 × 120 cm. Single gross weight: 130 kg. Brand: QEEJOY.

The unit is electric and rated at 150 W. Specific voltage and plug configuration are not listed—confirm mains voltage and plug type with the supplier or installation manual before connecting.

Requires a dry, level floor able to support the machine weight (~100 kg), access to an appropriate electrical supply, and provisions for water supply/drainage for CIP and chemical handling. Follow the manufacturer's installation guide for mounting, plumbing and electrical connection; professional installation is recommended for commercial sites.

Cycle length depends on soil level and settings; many automatic sole cleaners complete a cycle in under one minute. Actual throughput (pairs per hour) varies with operator workflow and soil levels, but the short cycle enables dozens of cleans per hour in continuous operation.

The unit uses alkaline degreasing cleaners. The specific detergent/chemical brand and concentration are not provided—use only manufacturer‑recommended alkaline cleaners, follow safety data sheets, and never mix incompatible chemicals.

Water and chemical consumption depend on cycle settings, frequency and whether the CIP system recirculates solution. Exact usage rates are not listed—consult the product manual or supplier for measured consumption figures for your operating scenario.

Regular tasks include checking and replacing worn brushes/coils, inspecting seals and hoses, cleaning filters and drain lines, monitoring chemical concentrations, and routine electrical checks. Follow the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule and keep spare wear parts on hand.

Yes. Brushes/coils, seals, hoses and typical consumables are replaceable. Contact the supplier (QEEJOY) or your dealer to order OEM spare parts and recommended cleaning chemicals.

Use appropriate PPE for handling alkaline cleaners (gloves, eye protection), ensure proper ventilation, isolate electrical power before servicing, keep children away, and follow all local chemical handling and disposal regulations. Refer to safety data sheets for the cleaning chemicals used.

The unit is designed primarily for industrial/commercial indoor use. While it has durable metal construction, prolonged exposure to weather or corrosive environments may require additional protection—consult the supplier for environmental suitability and any required protective measures.

The machine is shipped in a ply‑wooden case. Single package dimensions: 90 × 80 × 120 cm. Single gross weight: 130 kg. Ensure you have appropriate lifting equipment to unload and position the machine safely.

Warranty terms and certifications are not listed in the basic product info. Contact the manufacturer or authorized dealer (QEEJOY) for details on warranty coverage, CE/other certifications, installation support, operator training and service contracts.
