High Speed Automatic Laundry Bed Sheet Folding Machine for Hotel

The machine measures 4200 x 2800 x 1760 mm and has a net weight of about 1600 kg. The packaged shipping size is approximately 410 x 220 x 210 cm with a gross weight of about 1650 kg.

The machine's rated power is 2.2 kW. Voltage options available include 220 V, 380 V, 400 V, 415 V and 440 V. Confirm the required phase (single- or three-phase) and local electrical standards with the supplier before installation.

This is a high-speed automatic folder designed for commercial use, but actual throughput (sheets per hour) depends on sheet size, material and selected folding pattern. Ask the manufacturer for tested throughput figures for your typical load and configuration.

The machine is built for standard hotel and commercial linens, including cotton and common cotton/polyester blends. Exact supported sheet dimensions and any limits for very large, small or delicate items should be confirmed with the supplier and validated in a trial run.

The unit features user-friendly controls and is intended to support configurable folding patterns. The range of folding patterns and adjustability varies by model and options—confirm available presets and custom folding capability with AOZHI or your sales contact.

Allow clear floor space at least equal to the machine footprint plus room for feeding and stacked output; exact layout depends on your workflow. Ensure a level, load-bearing floor, suitable power supply, and appropriate clearance for maintenance. On-site installation and commissioning by the supplier is recommended.

Routine maintenance typically includes regular cleaning of conveyor and folding components, lubrication of moving parts per the manufacturer's schedule, inspection and replacement of wear parts (belts, sensors), and electrical checks. The supplier will provide a maintenance manual with intervals and procedures.

The machine is designed for commercial operation and is supplied with standard operator controls and safety provisions. Typical features include emergency stop controls and guarded moving parts. Verify specific safety protections, machine guarding and local regulatory compliance with the manufacturer prior to purchase.

Noise levels vary with load and installation. The machine is designed for industrial laundry environments; for exact decibel ratings or acoustic mitigation options, request the noise data sheet from the supplier.

Warranty and after-sales service terms are determined by AOZHI or the local distributor. Contact your sales representative for details on warranty length, coverage, spare parts availability, and availability of local service technicians or maintenance contracts.

AOZHI supplies replacement parts and consumables. Availability depends on your location and the distributor network. Ask about lead times for critical wear parts and recommended spares to keep on hand for continuous operation.

Operator training and machine commissioning are generally offered by the manufacturer or distributor. Training typically covers safe operation, basic troubleshooting, routine maintenance and adjusting folding patterns—confirm scope and whether it is included in your purchase.

Yes—the machine is intended for commercial laundry workflows and can usually be integrated into a feed/stacking line. Integration specifics (conveyor heights, controls interface, air or electrical connections) should be discussed with the supplier and your laundry line integrator.

The product is sold as a single item and ships in a packaged crate roughly 410 x 220 x 210 cm with a gross weight around 1650 kg. Prepare appropriate handling equipment (forklift/crane), adequate receiving space and customs/import documentation if applicable.

Return on investment depends on your current labor costs, laundry volume, operating hours and the machine's realized throughput. The machine reduces manual folding labor and increases consistency. For an ROI estimate, provide your current folding labor cost, sheet volumes and operating hours to the supplier—many vendors can model expected payback based on those inputs.
