Production Line Fold Paper Process Z Type Fanfold Paper Making Machine

It is designed to produce fanfold (Z-fold) paper at high volume for printing, packaging and other industrial paper applications, integrating into a production line to fold and process paper into fanfold stacks.

The machine has a rated production capacity of up to 120 pieces per minute under standard operating conditions.

The machine operates on 220 V electrical supply and has a rated power consumption of 1.5 kW.

Overall dimensions are 2350 × 1150 × 1550 mm (L×W×H). The machine gross weight is approximately 1600 kg and the single package size is 250 × 120 × 160 cm.

It is engineered for fanfold paper commonly used in printing and packaging. For specific paper grammages, coatings or specialty substrates, please consult LinkAir or your supplier to confirm compatibility and required tooling.

Installation and training arrangements vary by supplier. Contact your LinkAir dealer for details—many suppliers offer on-site installation, start-up assistance and operator training as part of the purchase or as an optional service.

Standard industrial safety features are included or available, such as guarded moving parts, emergency stop controls and safety interlocks. Confirm exact safety configurations with the supplier to meet local regulations.

Allow adequate floor space for the 2350 × 1150 mm footprint plus clearance for operation and maintenance. At roughly 1600 kg, the machine requires forklifts, pallet jacks rated for the weight, or crane lifting for safe placement—coordination with your installer is recommended.

Routine maintenance includes regular cleaning, lubrication of moving parts, inspection and timely replacement of wear parts (blades, folding dies, belts), and periodic checks of electrical and control components per the manufacturer's schedule.

Yes. Wear parts and consumables such as knives, folding tooling, belts and bearings are normally available through LinkAir or authorized distributors. Keep a stock of commonly replaced parts to minimize downtime.

The Z-type fanfold machine is designed for integration into production lines. Customization options (conveyors, feeding interfaces, control systems or speed adjustments) are often available—discuss your integration requirements with the supplier.

The rated power is 1.5 kW. Actual energy consumption will depend on duty cycle and auxiliary equipment; multiply 1.5 kW by hours of operation to estimate energy use (e.g., 1.5 kW × 8 hours = 12 kWh).

Warranty terms and after-sales service differ by seller and region. Ask your LinkAir distributor for specific warranty coverage, spare parts policy and service contract options prior to purchase.

Noise levels depend on configuration, paper type and site conditions. The machine is an industrial piece of equipment and will produce moderate operational noise—request acoustic data or measurements from the supplier if workplace noise is a concern.

Contact an authorized LinkAir dealer to place an order. Shipping is typically as a single packaged item (250 × 120 × 160 cm). Because of the machine's weight and size, coordinate transportation, customs (if applicable) and on-site handling in advance.
