Yes. Shapes and sizes are changed by swapping extruder dies and adjusting cutting and screw parameters. Custom dies can be manufactured to produce your desired pellet geometry.

Critical contact parts and housings are stainless steel for corrosion resistance and food safety. Screws are made of alloy steel for durability. The stainless design facilitates cleaning and hygiene maintenance.

The machine is designed for full automation with a continuous production flow: mixing → screw conveying → extruding → air conveying → drying → hoisting/flavoring → oil spray → packing (can be integrated with automatic packing lines). Minimal manual intervention is required.
