PE Butt Fusion Welding Machine – 50-250mm

This model is designed to butt-fuse plastic pipes with diameters from 63 mm up to 250 mm.

The machine is compatible with PP, HDPE, PE and PVDF pipe materials when proper welding parameters and procedures are followed.

The unit has a rated power of 3.95 kW and operates on 220 V at 50–60 Hz. Always verify local supply and ensure proper grounding.

It uses a hydraulic fusion system driven by a 3.95 kW hydraulic power unit for stable and consistent pressure during fusion cycles.

The machine weighs 147.6 kg. It is designed to be transportable for site work but will typically require a small crew or equipment (e.g., a lift or trolley) for safe handling and loading.

Yes — the product description lists CE and ISO certification. You can request copies of the certificates from the supplier for your records.

Standard supplied items vary by seller. Typical items include the heater plate, facing tool, clamp sets, hydraulic pump, power cable and a basic tool kit. Confirm the exact packing list with your supplier before purchase.

Clean pipe ends, ensure proper alignment in the clamps, use the facing tool to create square, smooth surfaces, preheat the heater plate to the correct temperature, and follow the machine's recommended pressure and heating times from the operator manual.

Perform routine checks such as cleaning the heater plate after each use, inspecting seals and hoses, checking hydraulic fluid levels and connections, lubricating moving parts as recommended, and storing the unit in a dry protected area. Follow the manufacturer maintenance schedule in the manual.

Weld time depends on pipe diameter, wall thickness, material and ambient conditions. Follow the welding parameters (heating time, fusion pressure, and cooling time) specified in the operator manual or applicable welding standards.

Operators should wear appropriate PPE (heat-resistant gloves, eye protection, protective clothing), ensure proper electrical grounding, avoid touching the hot heater plate, relieve hydraulic pressure before maintenance, and follow lockout/tagout procedures. Read the safety section of the manual thoroughly.

Yes. Proper operator training in butt-fusion technique and machine operation is highly recommended to ensure weld quality and safety. Many suppliers can provide on-site or remote training options.

The product is packaged securely in a plywood case for protection during transport. Confirm packaging details and freight terms with your supplier.

Spare parts and technical support are generally available from the manufacturer or authorized dealers. Contact the supplier or HUAJIN representative for parts lists, availability, and service options.
