Fully Automatic Double Colour Color Cake Making Machine for Bakery Big boss

It's an automated production machine designed to produce cupcakes and muffins with a double-colour/dual-batter effect, improving speed and consistency for bakeries, snack factories, catering businesses and commercial pastry shops.

Double colour capability means the machine can handle two separate batters or colours simultaneously and deposit them into each mould to create two-tone cupcakes or muffins in a single cycle.

Brand: Haite; Voltage: 220V; Dimensions (L×W×H): 2000×1300×1400 mm; Weight: 300 kg; Machinery function: cupcake production; Output products: cupcakes and muffins; Condition: new.

Production rate depends on product size, recipe, mould layout and production settings. For an accurate capacity (pieces/hour) for your product, request the machine's rated output or a production test from the supplier.

The product description highlights automated cake making and double-colour depositing but does not specify an integrated oven. Confirm with the supplier whether this model includes an oven or is intended for depositing only.

The machine requires a 220V power supply. Ensure an appropriately rated, grounded circuit and that your facility can safely handle the machine's electrical and space requirements. The supplier can provide detailed electrical diagrams and installation guidance.

Machine footprint dimensions are 2000×1300×1400 mm. Allow additional clearance around the unit for operation, maintenance and loading/unloading—typically at least 0.5–1 m on each side; confirm exact recommendations with the supplier.

The listing states durable construction but does not specify materials. Ask the supplier for details on construction materials (for example, food-grade stainless steel), hygiene design and certifications to ensure food-safety compliance.

Regular cleaning and routine maintenance are recommended. Turn the machine off and disconnect power before cleaning, use food-safe cleaning agents and follow the supplier's maintenance schedule for lubrication, inspections and part replacement. Request the operation and maintenance manual from the vendor.

Many cake-making machines support interchangeable moulds and customised layouts. Confirm with the supplier whether this model accepts standard or custom moulds and whether mould changeover is tool-free or manual.

The machine is described as user-friendly and automatic, but suppliers commonly offer operator training, start-up support and documentation. Verify training and commissioning services with the vendor.

While specific safety features aren't listed in the description, industrial bakery machines typically include emergency stop buttons, guards and safety interlocks. Request a list of built-in safety features and applicable safety certifications from the supplier.

Warranty terms and after-sales support vary by vendor. Contact the seller or Haite representative to confirm warranty length, spare parts availability, service contracts and lead times for replacement parts.

The machine weighs about 300 kg, so it will ship as freight and typically requires forklift or crane handling. Ask the supplier about packaging, shipping method, customs documentation (if applicable) and whether on-site installation and commissioning are provided.

Many manufacturers offer customization options such as batter dosing settings, mould sizes and cosmetic branding. Discuss your recipe requirements, product dimensions and branding needs with the supplier to learn what customisations are available.
