This multifunctional 3-in-1 grinder combines cutting, kneading, and crushing into a single machine, designed for processing grass, chaff, straw, hay, corn, and grain into animal feed. Built for farms, livestock operations, and small-to-medium feed processing businesses, it streamlines what would otherwise require multiple separate machines into one compact, efficient unit.
With a processing capacity of 3 tons per hour, the machine handles high-volume feed preparation for cattle, poultry, and other livestock operations. It's fitted with 6 cutting blades (225mm length) for effective shredding and chopping of fibrous materials like straw and hay, while interchangeable screens (3mm, 5mm, and 8mm) allow operators to control the final particle size to match different feed or crushing requirements — from fine grinding to coarser chaff cutting.
Constructed with a 5mm-thick body for durability under continuous operation, the machine is powered by a 5.5kW electric motor with pure copper coil windings, running on a 220V/50Hz single-phase supply. Compact dimensions of 1550×550×1000mm make it practical for on-farm use without requiring large equipment sheds or dedicated processing facilities.
