Product Description
The SJSZ-51/105 PVC pipe production line is designed for manufacturing PVC conduit and pipe in diameters from 16 mm to 32 mm. The supplied mould set covers 16 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm and 32 mm pipe sizes. It processes PVC resin combined with CaO3 and additives.
The line operates on a 380 V, 50 Hz power supply and has a total installed power of approximately 75 kW. Its specified line speed is 8–15 m/min, with a maximum line capacity of 200 kg/h. The SJSZ-51/105 extruder has a quoted maximum output of 100 kg/h.
The twin-screw extruder uses two nitrided and polished 38CrMoAlA screws measuring 51 mm and 105 mm in diameter. It has a 22:1 L/D ratio, an effective screw length of 1,441 mm and a screw speed range of 3.9–39 r/min.
