Gear Dis Dry Grinding Machine
The food grade toothed disc crusher is made of 304 stainless steel. The door of the crusher is equipped with a fixed toothed disc,on which a ring of fixed toothed ring with steel teeth is installed. The main shaft is provided with a movable tooth disc, and the movable tooth disc is provided with movable teeth. The movable teeth and the fixed gear ring on the movable gear plate are staggered with each other.

Application field
1.The Universal pulverizer may be widely applied in industries, such as chemical and food,etc., for grinding of dry and fragile materials. Materials with low softening point and big viscosity are not appropriate for this machine.
2.Components of this machine which have contact with materials to be crushed are all made of stainless steel with good anti-corrosive property. The housing is in a full enclosure for the convenience of cleaning. The interior walls are all treated to achieve evenness and smoothness of the surface, thus to ensure production of such materials as food and chemical in better conformity.
