MLEE 530B Marble Tile Concrete Floor Scrubber Battery Shop Gym Floor Washing Machine

The MLEE 530B is designed for a wide range of hard and soft floors including marble, tile, concrete, sealed wood and many commercial floor finishes. Use the appropriate brush or pad and compatible cleaning chemicals for each surface (for marble use neutral pH cleaners and soft brushes).

Yes — it is battery operated. The unit runs on a 24V system and is equipped with two 100AH batteries (100AH × 2). Check with the supplier whether batteries are supplied fitted or need to be ordered separately.

Runtime depends on operating conditions (brush pressure, speed, floor type and solution usage). Typical continuous runtime is roughly 2–4 hours under normal commercial cleaning conditions. Actual runtime will vary.

Charging time depends on the charger type. With a standard charger expect approximately 6–8 hours for a full charge. Fast chargers (if available) can reduce this — confirm charger specs with your supplier.

The solution (clean water) tank capacity is 42 liters and the recovery (dirty water) tank capacity is 51 liters.

The brush (cleaning) width is 510 mm and the squeegee (water pickup) width is 810 mm.

Net weight is 160 kg (single gross weight listed as 185 kg). Overall dimensions are 1300 mm (L) × 540 mm (W) × 1010 mm (H). Single package size is 125 × 65 × 118 cm.

It is intended primarily for indoor commercial and industrial floors (shops, gyms, warehouses, schools, offices). Use on mildly uneven indoor floors is possible but it is not designed for rough outdoor terrain. Avoid steep slopes and very uneven surfaces.

The machine uses a cold water cleaning process and is designed for clean-in-place (CIP) operation and burnishing use. Use appropriate cleaning solutions that are safe for the floor type and compatible with the machine's materials.

Routine maintenance includes: emptying and rinsing the recovery tank after use, cleaning the solution tank and filters, inspecting and cleaning brushes or pads, checking and cleaning the squeegee, charging and maintaining batteries per manufacturer guidelines, and inspecting hoses and seals. Regularly check brush wear and replace when worn.

The product description does not explicitly state whether a charger is included. Charging options (standard or fast) vary by supplier. Confirm with the seller whether a charger is supplied and ask about optional fast-charging units.

Yes — it can be used on marble when equipped with soft brushes/pads and neutral, non-acidic cleaning solutions. Use low brush pressure and test in an inconspicuous area to avoid etching or damage.

Operators should read the user manual, wear appropriate PPE (gloves, non-slip footwear), avoid using flammable or acidic solvents, ensure batteries are charged and maintained correctly, secure the machine during transport, and follow local electrical and battery disposal regulations. Turn off the machine before performing maintenance.

Warranty terms and after-sales support vary by seller and region. The product listing does not state a specific warranty period — contact the supplier or manufacturer for details on warranty coverage, service options and spare parts availability.
