Fully-Automatic Heat Setting Shoe Making Machine for Women/Men Footwear Shoe Machinery

Heat setting is the process of applying controlled heat (and sometimes pressure) to shoe uppers to stabilize their shape and improve fit. Benefits include faster production, more consistent uppers, improved durability, and a better final appearance.

The machine is designed for both men's and women's footwear and is suitable for a wide range of shoe styles. Compatibility with specific materials (leather, synthetic leather, textiles, PU, etc.) depends on material properties and process settings—confirm suitability with the supplier for uncommon materials.

The machine is available for 220V or 380V electrical supply and has a power rating of 1 kW. Confirm the correct voltage version when ordering.

Single package size is 73 x 55 x 200 cm. Machine net weight is 90 kg and single gross (packaged) weight is 130 kg.

Yes. The product is described as fully automatic, designed to perform heat setting with minimal operator intervention. Exact automation features and user interface may vary by model—ask the supplier for a demo or specification sheet.

Production rate depends on shoe style, material, and process settings. The manufacturer can provide expected cycles per hour for specific shoe models—contact them with sample details for an accurate estimate.

Basic requirements include the correct voltage (220V/380V), a stable floor with sufficient load capacity, and adequate ventilation. Some setups may require additional utilities (e.g., compressed air) depending on options—confirm exact site requirements with the supplier prior to installation.

Common safety features for this type of equipment include emergency stop, safety guards, and interlocks. Exact safety provisions vary by model—request the machine's safety specification and operator manual to verify.

Routine maintenance typically includes regular cleaning, inspection of heating elements and moving parts, lubrication where specified, and periodic checks of electrical connections. Follow the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule and user manual for detailed procedures.

Spare parts and after-sales support availability vary by supplier. Ask the seller about spare-part lists, lead times, local service partners, and warranty terms before purchasing.
