Feature of Electric Tapping Machine
Ergonomic operation – The tapping arm is very easy and safe to position, eliminating the need to apply force for tapping.
Thread always accurate at 90° – The high manufacturing quality of the tapping machine and the tapping arm within the tapping machine ensures that your thread is always cut perpendicular to the component.
Speed – High speed and torque allow the electric tapping machine to cut threads many times faster.
No tap breaking – A slipping clutch in the tap holders, which can be adjusted very finely and quickly, ensures that your taps will not break when blind holes occur.
Countersinking and helicoils possible – You can clamp your countersinks using a drill chuck holder for the tapping machine; there are also holders for screwing in helicoils/notch cones.
