The Ultrasonic Generator TU is a compact, high-power ultrasonic generator designed for cleaning and other ultrasonic applications. It uses DERUI's V1.3 all-digital control system with full-bridge phase-shift, constant power output and automatic frequency tracking to deliver stable ultrasonic performance.
The generator delivers up to 1200 W of ultrasonic power and supports selectable frequencies: 17, 20, 25, 28, 33 and 40 kHz. It accepts a flexible input power supply of 110–240 VAC and offers linear power adjustment from 20% to 100%.
Built-in operating modes include Dynamic, Sweep, Degas, Pulse and Standard. The unit also supports compound cleaning modes (for stubborn stains), frequency sweep to reduce standing waves, and a peak power boost (1.2×) for short-duration heavy cleaning.
Power is adjustable from 20% to 100% with constant power control to maintain output under varying loads. The generator features automatic frequency-tracking and load self-adaptation so it finds and holds the optimal operating frequency as the load or tank conditions change.
The TU includes internal protections for overcurrent, overtemperature, overvoltage and short circuit. It also has IP21 protection rating and self-protection routines to reduce risk to the electronics and transducers.
The generator supports RS485 communication with MODBUS RTU protocol for integration with PLCs, HMIs and automation systems. It also supports remote control interfaces for external start/stop and parameter control.
Two form factors are listed: 'U' (185 × 390 × 95 mm) and 'H' (85 × 390 × 195 mm). The unit weighs approximately 4.6 kg (product listing also references ~4.0–4.6 kg depending on configuration). It can be bench-mounted or integrated into a 19" cabinet.
The TU is supplied with a durable multi-unit transducer array (the main description cites a 24-unit transducer). Exact transducer model and unit count can vary by order — confirm required transducer configuration (capacitance and units) when ordering.
Common applications include industrial ultrasonic cleaning, laboratory cleaning, medical device cleaning, precision parts cleaning, food & beverage processing support, manufacturing, machinery repair and general ultrasonic R&D or hobbyist use.
Operating temperature range is 0–40 °C, and relative humidity tolerance is up to 90% RH. Ensure adequate ventilation and avoid exposure to direct water spray; observe the IP21 protection rating.
When placing an order, specify style (vertical/horizontal), model, quantity, transducer capacitance (or units), and working voltage (110 V or 220 V). For detailed applicability or customization, contact DERUI at derui-ultrasonic.com.
The TU series comes with a 12-month (1 year) warranty. After-warranty online support is available; the manufacturer emphasizes quick after-sales service due to in-house R&D, production and sales integration.
Mount the generator in a dry, ventilated location or a 19" cabinet, connect to 110–240 VAC input, wire the transducer(s) per supplied wiring diagram, and connect RS485/remote control lines if needed. Use automatic frequency tracking on first run to let the unit tune to your load.
Regularly inspect electrical connections and transducer hardware, keep vents clear of dust, and verify tank coupling and liquid level. If performance drops, run the automatic frequency-tracking routine. For persistent issues, check error notifications on the LCD and contact DERUI support.
