Key safety features include an urgent stop (kill) lever and a robust design that reduces risk during operation. Always follow the operator manual, wear PPE (gloves, eye and hearing protection), and keep bystanders away.

Service intervals depend on usage and wood type. Inspect cutting edges before each use and sharpen or replace blades when performance drops or damage appears. Follow the engine and machine manuals for oil change and service hour recommendations.

Designed for tree branches, pruning waste and similar garden/farm debris. Avoid feeding rocks, metal, or overly contaminated materials that can damage blades or the disc.

Regular tasks include checking and changing engine oil, inspecting and sharpening/replacing blades, cleaning the hopper and discharge, checking belts and fasteners, and ensuring safety controls operate correctly. Refer to the provided maintenance schedule from the manufacturer.

Spare parts availability varies by supplier and engine brand. Contact your dealer for replacement blades, discs, belts and service support. It's recommended to keep spare blades and basic spares on hand.

Wear appropriate PPE, keep hands and clothing clear of the infeed, never overload the hopper, feed branches butt-first where possible, switch off and isolate the engine before servicing, and follow lockout procedures when cleaning jams.

Warranty terms are not included in the product listing. Warranty coverage typically depends on the seller and engine manufacturer—check with your supplier or dealer for warranty length and specific terms.

Exact noise (dB) figures are not provided in the listing. Euro 5 engines generally have lower emissions but noise levels vary by engine brand and configuration. Always wear hearing protection and ask the supplier for measured sound levels if needed.

Stop the engine and engage the urgent stop before clearing jams. Remove debris from the hopper or disc area following the manufacturer's instructions. Check for dull blades, wet or frozen wood, or oversized feed material. If stalling persists, consult a technician or your dealer.
