Agricultural Orchard Spraying Insecticidal Use of Remote Spraying Equipment 40m Automatic Timed Spraying Fog Cannon Machine Pump

It is a remote/automatic timed fog cannon sprayer designed for orchards and large gardens to apply insecticides and perform cooling spray. It combines a pump, engine, PLC controls, gearbox and pressure vessel to deliver fogging sprays up to about 40 meters.

The '40m' denotes the approximate maximum spray reach under ideal conditions. Actual effective reach depends on nozzle settings, wind, droplet size and ambient conditions.

Yes. The machine includes PLC-based controls that enable automatic timed spraying cycles. Spray duration, intervals and some operating parameters can be programmed via the control panel (confirm exact programming options with the supplier).

The product is described as remote spraying equipment. Remote operation capability is included in the design, but specific remote-control features (range, type of controller, wired/wireless) should be confirmed with the seller or manufacturer.

Listed specifications include: sprayer type — pump; brand — Zhentong; diameter — 58.5 cm; single package size — 130 x 135 x 120 cm. The listing shows a product weight of 650 kg and a single gross weight of 280 kg; if these appear inconsistent, please verify with the supplier before purchase.

The description notes a 'powerful engine and pump' but does not specify fuel type or power rating. Engine and power specifications vary by model—ask the supplier for the exact engine type, fuel requirements and power ratings for the unit you plan to buy.

It is intended for insecticides and similar agricultural sprays used in orchards and gardens. Only use chemicals that are labelled for air-assisted/fogging or cannon sprayers and compatible with the pump materials. Avoid highly corrosive or abrasive formulations unless confirmed safe by the manufacturer.

Regular maintenance includes cleaning and inspecting nozzles and filters, checking pump seals and lubrication, inspecting the gearbox and pressure vessel, verifying PLC operation, and replacing worn components. Follow the manufacturer's maintenance schedule and keep an inventory of spare seals and nozzles.

Wear appropriate PPE (respirator, gloves, goggles, protective clothing) when handling pesticides and operating the sprayer. Follow pesticide label instructions, avoid spraying on windy days or near water sources, secure bystanders and livestock, and perform routine safety checks on hoses and pressure fittings.

Yes — the product listing states it includes a machinery test report for quality assurance. Request the test report copy from the seller to review performance and inspection results.

Core components listed include PLC, gearbox and pressure vessel. Spare parts and service availability vary by supplier; ask the manufacturer or seller about spare parts kits, service contracts and local service centers before purchasing.

Wind, temperature, humidity and terrain significantly affect drift, coverage and effective reach. Operate during recommended weather windows, adjust nozzle and fan settings, and follow good application practices to minimize drift and maximize target deposition.

The packaged dimensions are 130 x 135 x 120 cm. Due to its weight (see product listing), heavy-duty transport equipment and proper lifting gear are needed. Plan for secure mounting or base placement at the site, and ensure adequate space for safe operation and maintenance.

The description does not list warranty or certification details beyond a machinery test report. Ask the seller for warranty terms, CE/ISO or local regulatory certifications, and the duration of coverage prior to purchase.

Those specific performance parameters are not provided in the general listing. Contact the supplier or manufacturer (Zhentong) to request detailed technical sheets, nozzle charts, flow rates, recommended droplet sizes and any available field performance data.
