Jukky High-speed Interlock Sewing Machine Flat-bed Machine JK8700

The JK8700 is a high-speed flat-bed interlock sewing machine designed for fast, durable seams. It suits fashion design, garment manufacturing, home sewing, alterations and decorative or stretch-fabric work.

The machine operates up to 7,000 stitches per minute, enabling rapid production while maintaining stitch quality.

It uses an interlock stitch, ideal for seams on knit and stretch fabrics, producing strong, flexible, and professional-looking finishes.

Flat-bed means the machine has a flat sewing surface (no free arm). It's best for standard garment panels, flat pieces, large fabric areas and production-line sewing where a stable work surface is preferred.

The JK8700 uses DBx1 type needles. Use appropriate sizes for the fabric weight; consult your needle supplier or the machine manual for recommended sizes.

It features a direct drive motor, which provides efficient power transfer, improved energy efficiency, reduced maintenance and more precise control compared with belt-driven motors.

The machine weighs approximately 45 kg. It's relatively heavy and intended for fixed installation on a worktable rather than frequent transport.

Yes. The interlock stitch and machine design make it well suited to stretch and knit fabrics, producing secure, flexible seams that accommodate fabric elasticity.

Yes. The machine has an adjustable stitch length for versatility across different fabrics and seam types. Refer to the user manual for instructions and recommended settings.

The JK8700 is designed for easy threading and setup. The manual provides step-by-step threading, tension and adjustment instructions; following them will speed setup and reduce missed stitches.

Regular maintenance includes daily cleaning of lint and thread from the feed and hook areas, periodic lubrication as specified in the manual, timely needle replacement, and scheduled professional servicing for timing and wear checks.

Common fixes: check needle type/condition and replace if bent or blunt; ensure correct threading and tension; use appropriate thread and needle size for the fabric; clean the hook area; and verify timing/service if problems persist.

The JK8700 is designed for quiet operation compared with older industrial machines, but you should expect normal mechanical noise at high speeds. Proper mounting, tensioning and maintenance help minimize vibration and sound.

Common accessories include appropriate presser feet, bobbins, needles (DBx1), and replacement looper/hook parts. Availability varies by supplier—check with your dealer or the manufacturer for compatible parts and accessories.

Warranty terms and support vary by seller and region. Check your purchase documentation or contact the vendor/manufacturer for warranty length, coverage details and authorized service centers.
