Jukky High-speed Interlock Sewing Machine Flat-bed Machine JK500A

The Jukky JK500A is a high-speed flat-bed interlock (single-needle) industrial sewing machine designed for speed and durability, suitable for professional garment shops, retail alterations and home crafting.

The machine can sew at speeds up to 6,000 stitches per minute (spm).

The JK500A forms zigzag/interlock-style stitches with a maximum stitch length of 5 mm.

The machine is available/configurable with either a 250 W or 400 W motor option. Confirm the exact motor configuration with your supplier before purchase.

Net weight is approximately 52 kg. Overall dimensions are 610 x 400 x 615 mm (L x W x H).

Yes. Its flat-bed design and ease of operation make it suitable for both professional garment shops and home sewing/crafting, especially where high-speed stitching or frequent repairs are needed.

Manual feed means fabric is guided and controlled by the operator rather than an automated feeding system. This provides greater control for precision work but requires operator skill at high speeds.

The JK500A works well with a wide range of woven and knit fabrics commonly used in garment production and alterations. Test very lightweight or very heavy materials before production runs; extremely heavy leather or thick layered materials may require a specialized heavy-duty machine.

Regular maintenance includes daily cleaning of lint and debris, routine lubrication of moving parts per the user manual, periodic inspection of needles, bobbin area and tension components, and professional servicing as needed. Follow the manufacturer maintenance schedule for best performance.

Core components are covered by a 6-month warranty. The product is ISO9001 certified. Check your supplier for details on warranty coverage, exclusions and service options.

Use industrial-grade needles and threads appropriate for your fabric (commonly polyester threads for durability). Bobbin type and specific needle part numbers should be confirmed in the machine manual or with the supplier to ensure compatibility.

Yes. Common consumables (needles, bobbins, presser feet) and spare parts are typically available through the manufacturer or authorized distributors. Contact your supplier for a parts list and availability.

As a high-speed industrial machine, the JK500A produces normal operating noise and vibration. Proper installation on a stable table and correct motor mounting reduce vibration. For exact decibel ratings, request manufacturer noise specifications.

The JK500A is supplied with a user manual outlining installation, operation and maintenance. Many suppliers offer setup assistance and operator training—confirm availability when ordering.
