Instant High Temperature Sterilization of Food Grade Condensed Milk Materials Sterilization of High Viscosity Materials

It is a high-productivity sterilizer designed for food-grade materials—especially high-viscosity products like condensed milk—that performs instant sterilization in just a few seconds using ultra-high-pressure mixed steam or electric heating.

The system uses ultra-high-pressure, instant high-temperature treatment with mixed steam (or electric heating option) to sterilize product streams for a very short time (typically 4–6 seconds), achieving rapid microbial inactivation while minimizing heat damage.

It is engineered for condensed milk and other high-viscosity dairy products, and is also suitable for beverages, juices and similar food-grade liquids that require fast, reliable sterilization.

Capacity ranges from 0 to 6 tons per hour depending on the model and product characteristics; final capacity depends on product viscosity and selected configuration.

Typical sterilizing time is 4–6 seconds per treatment, as specified for this model.

Power options are between 1.5 kW and 4 kW. Voltage can be supplied in the range of 220 V to 480 V depending on the selected configuration.

Product-contact and structural components are made of food-grade stainless steel: SS316L for product-contact parts and SS304 for other structural elements.

When using steam heating, the system works with mixed steam under a pressure below 0.78 MPa. Exact steam quality and flow requirements depend on model and process conditions.

Yes. The unit is specifically designed to process high-viscosity products such as condensed milk, with flow and heating arrangements optimized for thick liquids.

The very short sterilization time (4–6 seconds) is intended to minimize thermal impact on flavor and nutrients compared with longer thermal treatments; however, actual sensory and nutritional effects depend on the specific product and processing settings.

Dimensions vary by model and will be provided for each configuration. Listed machine weight is 150 kg. A single packaging size is shown as 60 x 50 x 40 cm with a listed single gross package weight of 60 kg—confirm exact shipping dimensions and weight with sales as they can differ between models.

Yes—it's designed to be integrated into production lines. Integration details (inlet/outlet connections, control interfaces, footprint) depend on the selected model and should be coordinated with engineering during purchase.

Components are stainless steel for hygienic cleaning. Standard cleaning-in-place (CIP) and maintenance procedures apply; frequency depends on product characteristics. We recommend following supplier-provided maintenance schedules and using authorized service for critical parts.

The system is designed to meet common food-industry hygiene and safety expectations. Specific certifications (for example CE, 3-A, or customer-specific validations) can be provided on request or per model—please ask sales for certificate options and validation support.

Yes. Models and configurations (capacity, heating method, control options, inlet/outlet sizes) can be customized to match your product characteristics and production needs. Contact sales/engineering with product details for a tailored proposal.
