The standard capacity is 10,000 liters (10T). Custom capacities may be available—please contact the manufacturer for other sizes.
All product-contact surfaces are stainless steel 316L (inside layer). The middle and outer layers are stainless steel 304 with a 2B finish.
The homogenizer operates from 0 to 3,000 rpm, allowing high-shear mixing for stable emulsions and fine particle dispersion.
There are two types of speed control available (please consult sales for exact options). Scraper and centre shaft speeds are adjustable from 0 to 63 rpm.
Heating can be supplied by steam or electric jackets. The unit includes multi-layer jackets (three jackets) to support the selected heating method.
